Called on the phone at 11:49am. I asked specifically when they stop doing live scans. The employee on the phone told me their website hours were wrong and they would do them until closing. I made sure to ask multiple times if he was sure. I was assured I could do a live scan at 6 when they close @6:30. I show up at 5:50 and was told they are no longer doing them. I told them about my conversation with the guy on the phone and I was called a liar and nobody there would say that. Solid work UPS.....
They supposed to open at 8 am but I went to this location at 8 and for the 4th time they opened around 8:30. All the people waiting in front of the door were upset. This is not acceptable, they don’t respect people’s time…
I needed a package to go to my brother in San Jose in 2 days. They guaranteed 2 days, so I paid $44 for a small 1.7# box. 5 days later it still isnt there. I called, and it is there in Lake Tahoe, but UPS isnt delivering because of snow. Fed Ex is! But UPS isnt. Ok, I get it. I asked for a refund of the difference between regular delivery and expedited, since it definitely wasnt expedited. The owner of this UPS Store says they did their part, they cant control the weather, call UPS. Called UPS, they say they cant do anything about UPS Store packages, talk to them. Ive been going here for 11 years. No more. Going elsewhere, and Im shipping FedEx from now on!
Ive always liked this UPS right here in my town of San Juan Capistrano. They have totally stepped up to the needs of social distancing. Plexiglass shields installed between staff and customer. Clearly marked routes to control in store traffic. They are quick and efficient getting me in & out without being overly fearful of exposure.We are all taking the risk of exposure when we choose to go out into public but San Juan UPS is taking precautions that meet my comfort level. Take your own pen if you need to sign anything.
Went there for notary they told me she will come in 20 minutes. waited 20 minutes and came back . they said 15 more minutes. wasting peoples time
I always receive great service at this particular UPS store. The staff is very helpful and efficient.
I didnt even go here but after reading the reviews I had to point out that the Owner made sure to address Only 1 of the reviews on here . Im guessing they go to the same Church perhaps but I dont think thats very Christian like to show favoritism how this Owner has clearly done . I read several bad reviews then a few good ones but the Owner only took time to write a response to the one from Christian Fellowship Church . Plus offered some really nice coupons to them as well . I thought that was underhanded and unprofessional to address only 1 out of several reviews of their store . Its obvious it was to get a point across ... Not a good one or should I say Not a nice one . Acknowledgement goes a long way . You dont have to agree w the negative comments but they deserve some coupons to . Stay Safe !
Terrible customer service here. Went in for a finger scan, the lady gave me the forms then walked away to help other customers. Another male employee came up to me, handed me the ink pad and said “here you go” and had me perform the finger prints myself. Turns our that’s actually not how finger scans are supposed to go at all. THEY are supposed to guide your finger through. Then they charged me $80 for not even helping me or giving me any direction what so ever. When I called to get a refund, the lady (aka the manager) was very rude, and raised her voice at me saying that I did not listen to directions when I came in. Not true at all, no one helped me!! It was an hour and a half process when it should have taken 15 minutes.
Heres how the checkout went;. Me, Cheapest option please theres no rush. Lady, Okay by Thursday $43.xx,. Me, really, is that the cheapest, there is absolutely no rush. Lady, okay Wednesday $36.xx. Me, really thats the cheapest option, again time does not matter.. Lady, okay $17.xx. At this point Im not even convinced its the cheapest rate but dont care. Then she says swipe your card and I see the charge is for $35! She did previously find me a box, then put my item in it and taped it up, (took about two minutes tops),. Didnt use foam or any cushioning at all. The box was a tight fit, but I brought tape thinking I could do all that myself. I didnt ask for her to pack it, only to find me a box, because the ones on the shop floor were all way too large or slightly too small. Box cost was $2.50.After that I paid and said out loud I will never come here again. The lady either didnt hear me or pretended not to as she walked to the side to retrieve the label print.Long story short,. This place is trying to wring you out for every possible dollar in a very sly sneaky way. That gave me a distrusting feeling. I will not return to this business, ever.Go to the Post Office. They will simply get you what you want and do their job. and not try to rip you off.
Price gouges! Only go here as a last resort!!3.25 plus .29 to print one document even if emailed to the store!!Staples will print the emailed document and charge less than a dollar..50 charge for credit purchases less than $10, and no sign for the $10 limit.Staff is very understanding; they try to help customers.Owner is like a Nazi breathing down their necks making sure they nickel and dime customers.
The store opens at 9:30 am on the UPS web site but It is 10:00 and it is still not open. The FedEx driver waited for a few minutes, gave up and drove off, I am out of here.
I was wary to use this place due to the reviews, but because of a time pinch I had to do so. I had a better experience than prior reviewers. No problems. Nice folks. Yes, there was a $0.50 charge, minus one star for that. Otherwise, would use this business again.
Wanted to get a document notarized and after waiting for 20 minutes with no one else in line, and barely any acknowledgment from the workers I realized I was wasting my time
The lady at the front was so rude and unhelpful. Her name was nishie. I will never return to this location again. She actually had the nerve to raise her voice to me in front of my daughter like I was incompetent. Horrible experience.
Was given an ETA on the notary of 10 minutes and went to the place across the plaza after 45 minutes.
They need to fix their hours posted on line...
Worst service ever. The clerk wouldnt take my labeled parcel because it was wrapped in brown paper packaging. Took the same parcel to another UPS store and they gladly took it.
The staff was blunt and to the point, which made getting in and out super fast. No issues here.

Ridiculous. Charged me a dollar to put a piece of tape on a box. Even the employee thought it was bs.
No sign anywhere that there is an extra charge of 50c for using credit. Really sneaky. Plenty of competition around. Choose someone else.
Beware of the upsell. Theyve got a special box that costs 3 times what the competition charges.
