Amazing customer service. After being jerked around by plavica for days I finally found Cano and gave them a call. They gave me an appointment for an hour after I called. When I arrived they had my glass ready and immediately started the instillation. Will recommend Cano every time! They really care about the customers unlike plavica!

They work super fast. What I did not like was that one of the employees questioned what the client answers to a question. I think its in bad taste. Everything else is fine.

I was attended by phone and in person by an employee named Jonathan who guided me about a situation that caused the drivers glass of my car to explode, as it had happened four times. Nowhere else did I change the glass they had made. It is definitely an employee who gives the extra mile.

The owners attitude was hostile and inappropriate. I went for an estimate on my car window and the clerk didnt know how to remove the door panel and broke the covers on the drivers side glass controls. As of today I have not been called to resolve the damage to my car. I do NOT recommend the business. The customer service is lousy and the attitude of the owner very inappropriate.

It was not a good experience. A glass crane was installed and the automatic raising and lowering did not work correctly. M indicated that he had to wait several days that he scheduled himself. Wait several days and nothing happened. I called the business and they indicated that it was possibly the part that I took to be installed that was defective. Call the manufacturer of the part and they sent me by email the procedure to program the automatic. I brought you the procedure today and you didnt even want to watch it. They gave me a phone number for a mechanic who could solve me with a scanner. I went to the mechanic with the instructions and I explained what was happening. It took him 20 seconds with the instructions to reprogram the automatic. I dont charge anything. I complain about the owners treatment and the general attitude. All the time they wanted to get away from the problem. It took another 20 seconds for another technician to resolve.
