Their service department is very disorganized. Calling to inquire if a vehicle is ready is a nightmare 20 minutes, 3 hang ups & numerous transfers I find that my vehicle in for an oil change hasn’t been completed after 8 hours. Disorganization & lack of communication isn’t the fault of individual service personnel. The fault rests squarely the service manage since I can’t be the only one that gets poor service.

Very poor or lack of customer service. Called to request repair of clutch covered by warranty and a safety recall. I was informed had to leave the vehicle even thought no work was going to be done the day I leave my vehicle and they could not tell me how long they would keep the vehicle. They said they had a big lot where they could leave vehicles parked there until they get to them. So what is the purpose of the appointment if the car will be parked and no work will be done?
3 months old, took my Mustang in for a faulty HID module. They kept the car for 3 weeks before starting to work on it, at which point I had to take the car from them because I couldnt keep renting. I havent taken my car in for 3 years..AND 3 years later, I try to buy a replacement key.. no one in service will answer incoming calls. Go in person, they tell me they dont have it and they dont let me order one through them, instead telling me to try at another Ford dealer 30mi away. Lazy & Horrible service.
Service was great! When I first called the receptionist she didnt give me much information. Then I called the person who sold me the car and he was very helpful and put me in contact with the service technician. I had to tow my car to the dealership but they arranged my transportation back home, the driver was very kind. The process or leaving the car was fast and convenient, but I probably have to wait 3-4 weeks to get my car back.
Received a notice regarding an urgent recall on my cars air bag system. This is a huge safety item that needs replacement. Placed my appointment on December and was booked for January 14. Same day, I received a call where they asked for my VIM number and confirmed that they didnt have the part available. I received a call 2 days later, confirming my details and said they would call me back. Im still waiting for the call and for the appointment. This is regarding SAFETY, I need attention to this matter.

After coordinating for 3 weeks the service for a security recall (19S25 / 19V-590) I could not leave the car because they couldnt assure me that it would be finished on the same day. The recall only requires the injection of a Motorcraft liquid (lubricant) in the driver and passengers seatbelt mechanism. Also, the car needs the ball joints replaced and they needed over a week to do that job. Also, no loaners available for people with cars with warrantees lapsed. Autos Vega expects their customers to leave their cars with no estimated time to complete the repairs and to pay rentals. Completely disappointed. Avoid this dealership.

I have had two horrible experiences so far. On both ocassions the receptionist gave me the wrong information and I ended up having to ask for a manager. They ask me to tale my car on a Thursday, but they wont be able to tell me whats wrong till the following Tuesday. There is simply no valid excuse.

More than a month to make an appointment. One would think that after that wait they would attend to the car that day. Im leaving her on a Monday, its Friday, and they havent done anything to her yet. Clearly the system they have for service is broken. It does not work. I will never return.
I selected this dealer even though it is not the closest to me because they are the only ones who had a service appointment within 2 months. Today Monday I have an appointment at 7:20 am and I am from Caguas that I had to start the day at 5am. After the plug and waiting for someone to attend to me, they ask me if I was warned that the unit should be left with them for 4 days as they verify it. So the more than 25 days of waiting in addition I must stay 4 days on foot. Not to mention that the guarantees are by date and mileage, a good excuse for the terms of the guarantees to expire. I think that in PR the Ford warranty is a joke in bad taste. And the excuse for no one to work is the pandemic. Mediocre and irresponsible dealer. They are experts in not working and looking for excuses not to do anything. I like my vehicle but I regret it, it has no guarantees that are reliable.

I am pleased with the attention of Mr. Rafael Rodríguez as a professional. However, I am very displeased with the service they have given me. I bought for the time of Hurricane Maria, three years ago a Battery which has a guarantee until today that expires in September 2020. It is damaged, I call the Ford service where I buy it to make an appointment for the changing the battery. Despite the situation we are going through on COVID-19 and since I am a Nurse, I ask for the day at my job to be able to carry out this procedure. He stopped by the establishment this Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 9 am to replace the battery. I leave the vehicle as it is a requirement for attendance and to place the battery, as referred by customer service. It was not until 2 pm that same day 5 hours later, they contacted me to report that they did not have the battery available. However missing a day of work. He went to look for the vehicle since it is my only means of transportation. They contact me the next day Thursday, July 23, 2020, to inform me that they already have the battery available. Again despite the situation, I strongly ask in my work area for the day to be able to solve the situation with my transport. Today Friday, July 24, 2020 at 9 am, the unit arrived and took to perform the service as had been agreed upon again by appointment. I leave the vehicle in the Lincon area as reported by the dealership reception, and ask the girl who attends me why this time I leave the vehicle in that area. The girl answers that the work and attention of the clients are being divided to speed up the processes and the waiting of the clients. Just today, I have been waiting the same time as the previous day for 5 hours of waiting, and the vehicle is not yet available to just place a new battery under warranty. I can not understand how it is possible, playing with the time of the people who trust these dealers to solve the situation in which they present themselves with our vehicles. For me it has been in very bad taste the unnecessary waiting for just putting a battery in the car; And not to mention the loss I have had in my work due to this situation, especially when we are going through this pandemic and even more because of the economic situation. I feel very indignant and upset. This will be the last time I trusted my time and my car, in a place where they really do not value the trust placed.

The last time I took my vehicle to have a rubber installed on the rear door, they stayed with it for about a week and in the end they did not install it. The one who attended me told me that it was not in their hands and I decided to take the vehicle to another place where it was installed in a matter of hours. Actually the service was lousy.
