Excellent and reliable technical service. Attention to the public must improve with trained personnel to attend and manage the public in an attentive, dynamic and service-oriented manner. In three attempts the attention of the manager was fatal.

The 1st interaction was a scolding for waiting in the lobby and not in the sun after 15 minutes with no one showing up and then passing behind another who did the same. The 2nd interaction is an over estimate and a $ 60 bill per diagnosis that he insisted that he warned me, but never warned.

They offer many guarantees but do not want to comply with the guarantees. The receipt explicitly says what it covers and stone river manager in a bad character almost aggressively says that what is written cannot and must be used legal options because what is written must be complied with. Another client was told that if he lost receipt, the information is in the system and after 6 months they told him that his information was lost due to cleaning the system. I hope that they will respect guarantees as in the past when I was federal and I have been a client since 2007.

Stop in the shop for a diagnosis of power steering leak. They realized that my front end was bad. They showed me exactly what was wrong and they beat me up with the prices! The manager includes a free alignment and everything! Recommended 100%

They wanted to charge me 1,100 for a broken Pinion Rack and the base of the car to make it new and they told me tell me the bad front end when I put the front end on again 1 and a half months ago. And another thing,I had been told that the power steering was bad when it is not true The power steering works perfectly because it does not drain oil anywhere.I do not recommend this place at all !!

The last time I visited you to repair my bus, they burned my radio, they gave it to me with a worse noise and they charged me things for which I did not take it and I did not cost that they found it repaired, total disappointment. On other occasions the experiences had been different. For my part, I do not report back about the radio and that it smelled burned and they wanted to charge me to mount a new one, after they damaged it. That bad.
