My husband called this dealer approximately at end of june to make an maintenance and service appointment for his car. His car, Hyundai accent 2014, was purchased at this same dealer. He explained when made the appointment his car could not be moved do to the clutch being broken (manual transmission vehicle). The appointment was set up for August 3rd, 2020. July 31st, 2020 we call the dealer to confirm my husbands appointment, and we were told the appointment had been cancelled and another person was put in his place, I asked for the reason, and was not given any, I demanded our appointment back, and was declined. They wanted to reschedule him for September, knowing that they were at fault for the cancelation of his appointment and not calling to confirm or notify of such change, and also, THEY PUT SOME OTHER PERSON IN HIS PLACE!, I asked for a manager and they claimed manager was not available and I would be called back, no call back was made by the manager or anyone else. This is the reason for my review.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!We came for air in our one tire and it took 20 minutes for 3 employees to get their service manager to tell us “they’re full.” Their suggestion was to drive down the road and go to the nearest gas station. We will not be coming back or giving them our business again.

Very disappointed this was a maintenance schedule,I had to make 2 appointments because the first one the person assigned was not present waisted my time .On the second occasion a week later,I delivered the unit at 12:00 and they delivered back, about 6:00 pm,imagine 6 hours to change oil and filter is very disappointing!

I arrived in an emergency as my 2019 Elantra vehicle was experiencing the heating problem. They explained to me that they could not receive my vehicle because it had to be by appointment, something that I understood but I explained that I got there since it was the closest place of service to me when the car presented the problem to me. I explained to him and explained again that the problem had just been presented to me and that they would please receive the vehicle since it was an emergency and that I could not use the vehicle like that. I can understand the protocols that each place has but the manager treated me with very little understanding to the level that what she suggested was that I call a tow truck or that I go to the Hyundai of Caparra little by little that was just a few lights, super empathy.

Do not buy from this dealer. Worst Hyundai dealer in PR that in service gives priority to new cars even when you bought it with them. When in Bayamon the service or diagnosis is next week, here it is two months. If you have an emergency ... they will not attend to you on time. Everything is sale for these people.People on the phone are not friendly either. They tend to serve well spoiled as if you were asking for a favor. In my experience, as soon as my car exceeded the warranty, the service went from being regular to negative. Take this experience to make your decision. I shop here and I regret having done it.

The purchase process was excellent but the service is HORROR. I have owned Toyota, Kia, Honda, Nissan and Volkswagen and have never had such an unpleasant experience. I have been without a vehicle for a week, communication is null, they have not provided me with a car and to this day I do not know what happens to my vehicle (Venue 2021).

They do not answer the service phone. I have completed the online form to request maintenance service and nothing is communicated. And when I call to make the appointment on the phone, they dont answer. I leave a voicemail and nothing. If they cant handle the load, why do they have a business?

On June 12, separate a Sonata at the Kennedy dealer. On June 17 I requested a refund of the board from the seller Kemuell as I was not interested in the unit. I sent you proof of receipt of payment.He replied on July 21 that he would send a refund that he would notify me when it was ready.I give him time waiting for a prompt response when I see that they do not notify me about a ready check, I contact him on July 1 and the seller replies that the check has not been processed because the dealers owner is on vacation and they have no one to sign the check. In 2021 they still do not have digital signatures ???I request status 07/07/2021 to which the seller responds that he was not in the office that he would be reviewing today.08/07/2021 When I see that I do not get a prompt response from the seller, I contact the accounting department and they tell me that there was no refund submitted. The lady kindly notified me that she would be checking and she would call me back. When you call me back, you notify me that in effect the person who signs is not that it would take another week to reimburse the separate card.I DO NOT recommend the Hyndai Dealership of San Juan, they offer poor service and lack inconsistency in their words! Terrible service to refund the money!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

NOT RECOMMENDED, do not buy anything Hyundai, when they are going to sell you the car they tell you thousands of wonders, with everything and that I write down everything that they offered me in the A / C are 60k miles for your guarantee, I bought my car January 6 2020, I bought it hybrid because I work on the street, because it suits me because of everything I run around the island, I have never failed my routine services according to the dates they give me for that reason of the guarantee, because my appointment was for On 11/21/2020 I called them, left a message more than 2 times for the appointment because they never attended me, I went on a Saturday my day off and I know that service does not work but I stopped by to leave my information and someone would call me, nothing happened Well, the second week of December I call the sales area and they quickly attend to me, I ask to speak to the service manager and he did not answer me, they gave me an appointment for January 21, on January 20 he called meMr. Carlos Valdés to confirm the appointment and I tell him about the A / C problem well and other parts that I need, he decided to look for information and return my call which he did but I could not answer, I called him back I left him a message with A girl and they know that they never called me back, I arrive for my appointment, Heidi attends me and tells me that since my car is at 56k miles and the warranty is about to expire (60k miles) that first they cannot lend me any unit and that the people who make the evaluation of the car can take 3 or up to 4 days to go to the dealer to do the evaluation, what do I do with my work? Well, I have to resolve that if they can prove to me that the A / C was due to external damage, I have to pay them the evaluation around $ 170.00. In fact, since November I have been trying to make my appointment, if they had answered my messages, it would not be in 56k miles, what kind of guarantee is that, apart from that the employee showed little desire to help and guide to reach an agreement, minimum look for the service manager to intervene and reach an agreement or find a way not to lose a customer, but I do not pass, TOTAL disappointment, I am going to fix the A / C in another place and my oil and filter changes can be done by myself, but as long as I can prevent people from going to that dealer, I will. The service is lousy. They have no tact. My unit is barely a year and three months old and has a problem with the stop light bulb burns out a lot and they tell me there is nothing they can do. To top it off, my usb connection to connect my phone is not working well and they tell me that this is separate and they do not work, did I buy a unit in parts? So I had to leave without any arrangement or help from him. Thanks for nothing. FOR NOTHING I RECOMMEND HYUNDAI RAPID FOR FATAL SALE FOR SERVICE.

I have a single owner Tucson 2017 and our service center had always been Hyundai de la Kennedy until today with problems with the air since March due to the pandemic nothing could be done and since May calls come and go, visit to service there are no parts in this time change the appointment for 3 months today was the excuse that unleashed is this discomfort the last person who called to confirm the appointment tells me that the vehicle had to leave it md change the appointment for today August 5, 2020 there was no such appointment that they could not I had to go to Aguadilla the day before to look for my dads car to be able to leave my vehicle. I told the person who called me on the phone while in the parking lot that I wanted to talk to the manager, he left me on hold for 32 minutes and I cut the call when I got to the service door, I asked to speak with him again. ntía?) The worst customer service of all the PR dealers.First, while I was there, they offered me an offer to change the oil and filter, because I make an appointment right there to take advantage of the offer. The day of the appointment they do the service, and they do not honor the offer because the offer had run out. Well, why do you offer me an offer and give me an appointment for a date when the offer has already expired?Second, we bring the car to honor bumper-to-bumper warranty. They give us an appointment for the next day at 10:00 am. My wife arrives and when they attend to her in the service area they tell her that they cannot check the car or diagnose it because the technician was absent. The dealer and the workshop open at 7-7: 30 am. Couldnt they call ahead of time saying they cant service the car today so that one can re-coordinate the day? No they did not. My wife then asks if they can give her another appointment this week, the lady answers no because she has to give priority to pre-existing appointments. Shouldnt our appointment today, which was canceled by you, have a higher priority?Bad customer service. We will really never go back.
