2 months ago I bought a battery in this place and my phone exploded !!! I do not recommend it to my worst enemy.

I delivered my Surface Pro 4 for the first time in May 2019 because it didnt work without the charger connected. They assured me that it would not take a week, important because I needed it for a boarding school that started in 2 weeks. It took more than a month and when my partner picked it up, it wouldnt even turn on with the charger. it was in worse condition. My partner took it back (they had no charger available to test the fix). After this I NEVER received a single email, every couple of months I stopped by the store to see what the problem was, each time a different excuse. Multiple times during a year I went to the kiosk and I only asked them to keep me informed, many times they agreed to communicate (they have my cell phone and my email) and today the only email I have received is the first (May 2019 ). So I pay $ 100 to stay without my Surface Pro 4. If I could give fewer stars I would. I do not like to disrespect or bring things to the public but it is the worst service I have received in any industry and I do not understand how they have 5 stars. I also do not understand how a computer can go unnoticed for a year, I would like to think that it is inadvertent but I cannot imagine how. I hope the owner sees this and contacts me as soon as possible. Perhaps you can clarify what has happened here because neither of you would benefit if you had to bring the matter to the legal plane.

Wrong phone number

Repair my Ipad pro 2nd gen 12.3 inches in the Plaza store. The screen arrived in less than a week - I could see the repair took less than an hour and it was sealed as it originally came. I recommend them full hard and in Plaza las Americas.
