If I could rate zero stars I would. The most unfriendly service Ive gotten, Im not exaggerating, I felt extremely unwelcome there. Employee, Yamil, wouldnt explain anything or even address me properly. Store doesnt answer phone calls. Would never visit that store even if It was the only t-mobile store on earth.

Terrible service. When they call they hook the phone in the middle of conversation. Employees with attitude. I made a claim to my cell phone insurance, it has been a month and it still hasnt arrived. I change the days it should take to arrive. They should take all training on customer service and review their policies since no employee knows how to treat the client or the correct information about this type of process.
