Bad dealership. I took my truck in with warranty and the head mechanic stated it had nothing wrong and that the noises it had where normal. Took it a week later to another dealer in Toa Baja where they properly diagnosed and fixed the truck. I have both the service sheet from Alberic stating nothing wrong and the sheet from the dealership that fixed my truck.

I do not trust Alberic Chrysler y no te fíes de Misael Saenz. Misael Saenz of Alberic Chrysler and I discussed purchasing a car, we agreed on payments for a car loan and he instead chose to process paperwork for a lease without my knowing. Misael Saenz refused to provide the paperwork in English and chose to explain each page to me without mentioning it was a lease. Misael Saenz also did not deliver the car as agreed. For example, purchase was during peak COVID period and Misael Saenz delivered late so they could clean the car but when the car arrived it was actually dirty including belongings to the previous owner in the car. Part of this post was translated to Spanish using Google Translate.

Worst servicing experience ever! I took my Jeep for a brake booster recall and they did not want to honor the recall. My Jeep would not brake due to corrosion from the brake booster. There was recall for this issue. Lillian my service advisor (worse ever) wanted to charge me $90 to check the part which was under recall! After explaining the part was under recall and I should not be charged, Lillian then lied to me advising me that brake booster was checked and it was fine. When I asked for paper work confirming this she refused. She later handed me the keys to my jeep that still wouldnt brake. I took it to two different shops that same day and got paper work confirming the brake booster was defective. I also called Chrysler and they sent me the recall instructions. I later went with this paper work and instructions back to Alberic servicing center where they checked the brake booster again and confirmed it was indeed defective. They confirm it was under recall and not one apology did I receive for the inconvenience. Mind I was out already 5 days without my Jeep through this hassle. They refused to give me a loaner as they didnt have any supposedly. They offered me a rental at employee discount. Their rental price employee discount was almost twice the price of other car rental places for a mediocre car (KIA/Hyundai) and couldnt receive a reimbursement for the rental from the dealership. I went elsewhere for a rental. They later shipped the recall parts to arrive through freight rather than air shipping. Took 3 times as long for the parts to arrive! All together I was out of my Jeep for two weeks. When I finally got my Jeep repaired Alberic gave it to me on Christmas Eve at 5 pm with dried cement all over it (refer to picture). Yes cement! Not mud! Disgusting gesture! My friends / family members were shocked at the results of how they left my Jeep. To finish up, the brake booster was finally changed but they didnt even change the brake fluid or at least give the Jeep a wash after throwing cement over it. Apparently they are constructing around the shop and they decided to leave my Jeep next to the area. I will be placing a formal complaint and will never ever take my Jeep there again. You have been warned.

The service department is way below standard. After waiting two(2) weeks for a service apointment. The story is that I jave to leave the car for about 48 hours with no assurance troubleshooting will be conducted.My question then would be Why do you wait two(2)for an apointment?It does not make any sense, regarless any excuse..

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had for a car repair. The power steering stopped working in my Jeep Wrangler so I took it to get repaired. They said the whole system needed to be replaced, pump, gearbox, and ball joints, highly unlikely that all units went bad on a vehicle that has 46,000 miles when each unit is usually good for 100,000 miles but different topic for a different day. My complaint is solely on the time it took.Bring the Jeep in on January 16th first thing in the morning. Was told the diagnostic takes 24hrs, after no reply for 24 hours I call and they still havent gotten to it. Not a big deal, they get back to me a few hours later and tell me the aforementioned parts need to be replaced, one of which will take 6-8 days. Thats fine, I get it, we are on an island.Fast forward to Friday, January 31st; I was told the part came in but the Jeep wont be ready till Monday, February 3rd. Still not done Monday, or Tuesday. Hear back Wednesday saying they are still working on it and it will be done Thursday, February 6th. Still not done Thursday...Hear back Friday saying they are still working on it and it will be done Monday February 10th. No word on Monday until I reach out and I get the same answer, still not done, will be ready tomorrow morning. So Tuesday morning comes and I hear nothing, Tuesday afternoon I reach out and FINALLY its done. Essentially it took 6 1/2 days to fix, in that same time you can rebuild a transmission, which takes 3 days, I know because a guy at work got that done in the timeframe. 😂P.s. This picture was sent to me and it shows me mechanic 101 basics being disregard. The brake calipers are hanging with no support putting extra stress on the brake lines which can do unnecessary damage. I know how to work a wrench and Ive changed my breaks before and I know this is a BIG NO NO.Brief synopsis: I was was told three different times my vehicle would be done over the course of 6 1/2 days.

Not easy to get out of their service department without spending much more money than one assumed on entry.Difficult to obtain any information about the status of a vehicle.Website does not allow one to make a service appointment nor see the progressof the work being done on ones car, inspiteof their advertised claims.Why is there a dog in the waiting area?

Excellent service, very attentive and diligent staff. Mechanics have full knowledge of the specific technology of my vehicle. In addition, they have the necessary equipment to make diagnoses and solve the mechanical problems that my car presented. They explained to me in detail the damage my car had by offering me alternatives to solve it. I am very pleased with the service I received and the treatment I received from the Service Department staff. Excellent!

Got there without appointment and only wait for leas than 15 minutes to fix the power assist actuator and the liftgate motor. It took two between ordering the parts and happy with my service. My service advisor Glorimil Cruz did a great job.

Tried my best to buy a jeep there but low inventory after hurricane Maria in high demand made it impossible to make a purchase. Sales team was not great. Eventually I bought the jeep at a different dealer nonetheless I Have used their service department on several locations and things have gone well.

Purchased my car at this dealership and when we decided to leave the island and sell it back they gave me a price. About a week later I decided to accept the low offer and when I came back they changed the offer the day before moving off the island. Went to Auto Grupo Chrysler Pre-Owned in Carolina who gave me a better deal and hassle free. Nice people there.

Unexpectedly showed up with a busted radiator on my Jeep, the person (Glorimil Cruz) handling my arrival and service was spectacular. Within 10 minutes the car was accepted for servicing. She kept me up to date of the damage and costs, and made certain the car was ready upon my return from travel 3 days later. Having several cars at home of different brands, I can only wish for other car companies to have employees as dedicated as Ms. Cruz. She made it stressless, seamless and pleasant to work with Jeep.

If I could put negative 5 stars I would. disgraceful customer service. No organization or management ability. Ordered and paid for parts with the promise that it would be there in 3 days.... 13 days later still no parts and will not refund the money. Had to get the car fix at Sear next to Plaza Las Americas.... which by the way is way cheaper and had outstanding customer service. Stay away from Alberic Colon General Motors, any other shop on island is better.

Im from the United States, I brought in my 2018 Jeep for oil and filter change. The employee wrote down my name, told me to wait in the area, an hour later I asked and an employee for my service and they took in my vechile. It took 1.5 hours to change the oil and filter. A sales man approached me to offer me a vehicle, i guess sales are more important than services here. My advise gonto another Jeep Dealership for sales and services in the area.

Called this morning to get a quote on an auto part, was left on hold for about five to ten minutes and then accidentally hung up on. I called back as soon as call was dropped but my phone call went unanswered on three separate attempts. It was like the receptionist was forwarding my call to an extension that would not pick up the call. They must not have the personnel to professionally support a customer or at least a voice mail where I can leave a message to get my call returned. I guess I will try one of the local competitors to see if they can assist me instead.

The customer experience is always the same, bad. Parts Department and Service Department are very slow, low enthusiasm and no follow-up. Last time to many employees on vacations (they said that). I always give them feedback and their is always an excuse, no improvement. Yes, they have some snacks but that doesnt improve customer service at all.

This place has the worst service for your Jeep. Waited 4 days for an oil pressure sensor replacement, oil change and recall. WORST SERVICE EVER. They don’t call, you have to call them. Don’t expect to have good service because they don’t offer it. Best of luck if you do take your vehicle here.

Horrible service department. Tried to get brake change, they wanted me to leave a deposit to order the brakes which they didnt have in stock for a popular car.Took car twice to get inside lights fixed under warranty both times wasnt fixed!Do not buy from them, the service experience will be atrocious. I have bought 4 cars from this dealership. If you are paying a dollar over the sticker price after Puerto Rico import tax, you are being ripped off.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Do NOT use this dealership!!! I left my vehicle in their service department to check my A/C system, and I rented a car there to use meanwhile. They said it would take a couple of days. After driving a rental car for a week, they have not even looked at my vehicle, and could not even tell me when they would. I picked up my vehicle and had to take it somewhere else for service. I will never return to this dealership for ANY reason, and would NOT recommend them to anyone!

Horrible service. Have to constantly call to check on status of vehicle while having repairs done. They will put you on hold for over 10 minutes on the phone trying to find out information they should already know when theyre calling you on an update. They will try and charge you first for service instead of finding out if it is covered under warranty. They will not work on cars on saturdays so dont bother dropping car off on the weekend.
