Corona job where do I start the customer service was fantastic they were very nice and polite and had so much to tell me about the store and also help me with directions in the island their shirts designs are awesome I bought me a few overall experience was fantastic I plan to visit them again the next time Im in Puerto Rico good job guys keep it up

Cute (and overpriced) shirts, hats, etc. with their orange pirana fish. BUT, the store owners wife rang me up and overcharged me on three shirts. You dont see how they ring up the items, she just stated the overall price. After I paid via credit card and the credit card receipt was handed over, I explained that I the total before taxes was too high (note: they do not even give an itemized receipt). The wife then ignored me (after paying a lot of attention earlier as I was choosing items to buy) and left the sales associate to deal with my inquiry.The sale associate clearly did not understand that the subtotal (prior to taxes) was too high and kept trying to say that their is 11% taxes in Puerto Rico. She also could not do the simple math of $30 + $29.95 = $59.95 (not $61, which was the subtotal before taxes on the receipt). I truly believe that the sales associate knew that I was overcharged and was trying to get me out of the store ASAP before other customers overheard my complaint. I realize that I am upset over $1, but it is the principle that customers should receive and itemized receipt and not be overcharged.I really did like the merchandise when I first walked in earlier in the week and returned to the store today for gifts for my nephews. But I feel like this business is routinely skimming off the top and the vast majority of customers (cruise ship people stopping in for a few hours) are being overcharged. This store should be ashamed for the scam that they are running.

What a sham, joke of a store, fronting as a legitimate business.Customer service cant be trusted, they just lie to you. Buyer beware! Or better yet, just avoid this place. It didnt make the cruise ships Guaranteed Store list for a reason.I would give zero or negative stars if I could.

BEAUTIFUL STORE VERY NICE AND PATIENT STAFF .VERY HELPFUL PEOPLE .THEY HAVE GREAT COLLECTION. HIGhLY RECOMMENDed.THE TAX IS 11.5% on everything in Puerto Rico
