I went to accompany a friend of mine, the employee Maritza was very attentive and diligent with my friend, but I cant say the same from the cashier. When we arrived at the store, she was the first person that we saw, she didnt even said good evening, she just look at us, like they are not going to spend a penny, and she was right, my friend didnt spent a penny, she spent like $300.00. Although, Maritza went and helped my friend with everything. An advise for the owners, try to have more empathetic people in your store and please hire some curvy girls, not only skinny ones, your clients are curvy.

They have nice clothes but run small. I use 3x for years and the one there always fits me a little bit. It doesnt happen to me at Macys.

Today I went to the Montehiedra store and I liked a blouse. There was no size and they did the management via phone to Roma Roosevelt. When I called Roosevelt to pick her up there was a confusion and there was no size either, however a young woman named Andrea carried out her management by phone until she made sure there was it in Condado. Employees like this make a difference. I love the store because I go to Hato Rey a lot. Thanks
