I brought suit..next day I want to exchange it for shirts..the quality of the suit is very poor....I lost my recipe, but paid with credit card...the maneger refused to do any exchange except if I get the same suit different size or different color...I dont like the quality I want something else..no I cant..he said he remembers me and I bought it a day before, but no he cant do any thing. Sham, will never shop from Zara or recommend to any body
