Usual Walmart. Two floors. Messy. Didn’t find many of the things I was looking for except for food. They had a great variety of fruits and vegetables. Parking is pretty convenient. Slow elevators.

If you think you enjoy going to Walmart in your home town well this particular location will tickle your fancy. It is by far the largest Walmart I have ever shopped at. The entire bottom floor is dedicated to groceries. There is also a restaurant serving hot food with ample seating to enjoy your meal. The second level contain all other items (household, clothing, electronics etc). Prices are similar to other Walmart stores Ive visited. Check out lines moved quickly. Depending on the time of day traffic can be heavy in front of the store.

Big Walmart with a huge selection of shutting your need on vacation. Service was quick as well.

Very nice and huge 2 floors but didnt find what was looking for and had to wait 10 minutes to get into the elevators. First time here so not sure if its a normal thing as there were at least 20 people behind me.

Its not that it wasnt good ol Walmart, but just the differences and similarities of being in San Juan. However, almost everyone we encountered was excessively polite!

Best Walmart ever. I wish the states have this Walmart. Food court amazing n bakery. Customer service was the best i ever gotten in any Walmart. A lot of options on sales and products.

This is my first time in Puerto Rico. This Walmart is cool.•Pros:1} It has multiple elevators and a shopping cart escalator to the second floor. The shopping carts have magnetic wheels, so the cart doesn’t roll backwards on the escalator (causing injuries).2} This store has all the items I’m accustomed to.3} Cool Spanish items I’ve never seen before (this store has a few Clorox products I’ve not seen) (I couldn’t read it but it’s Clorox, you clean stuff with it.)4} (Note: you want to buy the generic brands). The Walmart brand (Great Value brand) is the best deal in the store. Some of the other brands are Expensive (Expensive, with a capital E).5} The store is setup just right for Americans to run around and throw some money away. (I love it)•Cons:1} No bags at checkout. We bought many items; we had to use the gift bags (purchased to bring home and give to friends) to bring the items back to the hotel.•Other thoughts:1} I don’t speak or read Spanish, but it’s Walmart, I know what I was looking for.2} They have the tourist section right up front, just how I like it.

Visiting the Santurce location in San Juan Puerto Rico, I was looking for oking at the air friers you have available. There were only two on the lower shelves, however, the boxes were really damaged. I noticed there were some on the top shelf that the boxes were in a better condition. I went looking for an associate to help me get one of the boxes, but the only one I found was talking to another employee and when I asked him for assistance, he said hed be right there, but never came to the aisle. I decided to get it myself. While I was struggling to get the item, an associate named Mariely stood at the end of the aisle and yelled in a very rude manner, Sir, you need to ask for assistance. Then she stood there watching until I got the box down without offering any kind of assistance. When I placed the item on my cart I told her that there was no one to assist and without saying one word, walked away. I worked with walmart in the past and this would have been unacceptable customer service and Ive seen associates getting fired for less.

Your usual walmart ! But my 1st bi-level Walmart. Panda Express menu is not bilingual...

The parking garage is actually pretty convenient. The way they’ve got it set up you always get a decent parking spot compared to a Walmart with a parking lot. However it is constantly busy so that makes things a little less convenient. Also the store layout is way different from any other Walmart I’ve been to. It takes some getting used to.

Its a Walmart supercenter. The only difference is that you get more of a tropical island vibe to the people of Walmart.

Very well equipped. It will probably have everything you need. The only thing I dont really like is the entrance to the parking, but its okay, I guess. 😆I have visited this Walmart quite a few times before (I used to live nearby) and I always found everything I needed.

Could add some people speaking English openly so if you are not a native to pr you know who to go to for help

This walmart gotta be the best walmart ive ever been to. This place had such a huge selection of clothes and everything. It was packed. The clothes where so up to date and beautiful. So many options. The other walmarts ive been to and usually pretty empty and what they do have is very out dated or not what a person wants to wear. This place was front faced and full. Customer service was also great. They cared for there customers and where attentive to our needs. I love this place i wish all the walmarts where like this one. Than i wouldnt go to any other store. I would definitely come back here. And bathrooms where clean too.

They have pretty much everything but after you finish your shopping you have to carry your bags outside, you cant bring your car shopping out the store.

It was too full for me even if the prices are awesome. No control of elevators with the amount of people.

When is neccessary Im going to buy some stuff. Otherwise dont due pack (people & parking) almost all time except early morning before 8am. Price is normal not necessarily specials back then. Deli decreased flavor and price are higher than others. Still have lot stuff you cant find nearly. Ty

This was a very cool multi story Walmart with these wild clever carts that worked on flat escalator well. The only wierd thing was no bags. Helpful staff, good selection though.

Big selection of merchandise, including Puerto Rico Souvenirs! Was pleased with my shopping experience, but my next trip, I would definitely bring my own shopping bags, because a lot of stores didn’t have any! I purchased grocery bags @ this Walmart for 10cents each!

The store had everything I needed at the time very well stocked, clean and organized it was like 9:30 p.m. and not to many people which made it very quick and easy to get in and out...

They have snorkeling gear here on second floor, yes i said second floor! Awesome and chaotic at the same time. Some speak English and they are very welcoming people not one bad word about this place.

My first experience with Walmart Puerto Rico was interesting. Due to Covid protocol, long wait to take elevator down from parking deck, temp check, in line to check out, and then in line to ride elevator back up to parking deck. Over an hour to pick up three items, due to no fault of their own.More like a Sams Club is in Florida, but with really tight aisles, and the store is at least twice as large as a typical Walmart/Sams. Multiple store levels. Pricing is very similar on non-food merchandise. I did not shop for groceries.Check out associate was very friendly and helpful. No name on receipt. .10 cent charge per bag... associate asks how many bags you want at beginning of transaction.

I was so disappointed. There was a line a mile long to get in elevator to go get my car. I decided to go outside and walk the ramp for cars which was scary but I got my car faster then waiting in that line. I PERFER Walmart in Manati.

You shouldnt have to wait in self service line as long as I did! Also when I purchased liquor I shouldnt have to get in two different lines

This a nice place but due to covid guidelines you have to make a line for the elevator which can only fir 4 to 6 ppl. So be ready to wait during peak shopping hours. If your in a hurry it can get pretty stressful. It does have a parking structure and great selection of items.

Extremely huge, has different departments and lay away year around. Huge deli with various foods!!!

I will not visit it again. I find best prices at SuperMax.

This is the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. It is completely disorganized upstairs in the non-food section. It is impossible to find anything. I had to walk out in frustration, terrible experience.

Produce section was immaculate! Low prices. Organized, lower level contained all the food essentials while 2nd floor had everything else under the sun!

Always full, parking is a mess, lines are always long. However it is fully stocked always.It’s not a “get in and get out” quickly kind of Walmart.

Noice limits non existent, if you want to preserve your hearing do not go to this store... Employees going in rounds with music at uncomfortable volume levels... I can not fathom why this is allowed!

This Walmart is in the heart of San Juan. Mall type parking, 7ft clearance to park (parking is on top of the building.Always over packed with people. Rude employees and hard to maneuver. Bring your own bags or collect boxes while shopping. If not you will be charged 10cents extra per bag.

Very interesting as you enter each level via parking garage. Very busy place making it extremely hard and long to maneuver around with Covid restrictions including escorting to level with a staff member which doesn’t make all that much sense to me

This is the worst Walmart of Puerto Rico. Because of the pandemic you will spend longer than usual to get in and out of the store. There seems to be a stockpile crisis because you will find nothing you were looking for. At least that was my experience in the last year. Plus, I was looking for a Nintendo switch and asked for help. I was told to ask at customer service when I asked the lady was reluctant to help and just handed me the store phone to use. A, totally not hygienic considering she had used that phone. B, totally disrespectful, I was asking for help and she handed me the store phone like, help yourself. This Walmart is a nightmare

Everyone wore masks because of covid-19 and maintained a safe distance. The store had everything I needed. Very happy.

I love what Walmart has to offer, the fact you can buy clothes, stuff for the home + buy groceries is awesome. The only downside is that its ALWAYS crowded, no matter the time of day. Thats why I usually go around 7am to avoid the larger crowd.

I have to admit, I use to hate this store, but today I was looking for the manager, the whole store very neat shelves full with. Merchandise employees very nice and. Helpful, you could see them checking out to fill sold out items and there is no other Walmart that has more variety of arts and crafts supplies.

Everything was easy to find and there were no long lines when I went around 8am.

It was extremely full of people and have to wait half hour to get the elevator to get to my car. It spouses to be 30% of the store at work, and easily it was from 60% to 70%.

No way!!! I stay in the neighborhood. And i rather go to another one 100% . Multiple issues and spoken to management in English and Spanish they don’t take things seriously not worth going... lts a joke in this store... (Note it ) I only put one star because it doesn’t give me the option to not put NO star.

Dont expect good customer service after 7pm. Associates get together in different parts of the store to gossip and chat but NOT to help customers. They didnt even know that the lay away center was not taking new lay aways. If you want to go to a Walmart Supercenter, this is not the one to visit.

Friendly staff. Following COVID protocols. Easy to find products. Love the fact that the food section its in the 1st floor as well as banking and others, while the second floor its for anything else you need from a department store.

Best Wal Mart I have ever shopped. Wide selection of each product category. I asked 3 different employees where to find various products during my visit and all gave quick, precise and accurate directions in a friendly way!

I gave it three stars because its huge and ultimately it serves its purpose and has a parking garage but I didnt care for the area where its located, the ease of finding a spot, and how full of people it was.

Packed... They temperature before going onto the elevator or walking down the stairs. Before going in they take it again and you have to sanitize. There is no social distancing though and it was packed. Kind of made me overwhelmed being in there.

Parking is a bit tricky. This Wal-Mart has multiple floors.

Shopping over an hour I put my cart aside 5min to ask for an item. They took my cart and put away everything. Next time wait 5min.

This Walmart has 2 floors. Grocery, Deli, & toiletries on 1st floor, then use the cart escalator to reach the 2nd floor for electronics, clothes, etc.
