I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL AND WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.I WISH I COULD CONTACT NOEL BENÍTEZ SO I CAN INFORM HIM THAT THE STAFF WILL TAKE HIS COMPANY DOWN THE DRAIN.On June 1, 2018 made contract with them and made partial.payment for 2 sets of security windows. They were promised during the next 4 to 8 weeks. Experience with them was awful. They are not customer service oriented, do not have communication with customers as they promised to call you but never do. They are liers in their promises and even disrespectful. They force you to make full payment (which is illegal) BEFORE giving you an installation date, to which I did, but the installation was made one month after. They took measurements 3 times, and the windows measurements were wrong. Final installation was made on February 6, 2019. Took 8 months, but was promised between 4 to 8 weeks. I am so disgusted with them that I will not claim anything from them to be fixed or redone. I do not want to have any contact with Benitez Aluminum for the rest of my life. As promised to them, wherever I go, I will negatively speak about Benitez Aluminum.

Unfortunately a Puerto Rican company without quality of customer service. Thats why we go to other companies to do business. The people who work there especially the white-haired man are bitter. They are not kind to say or explain things. They have no flexibility with the client, if he needs the job a little urgently. They have to understand that there are many other companies that the work can be delivered to. They are us the only ones. Then you wait the week for delivery and they tell you that they open at an hour and youre waiting and waiting for them to show up to pick up your work and pay. The last time I give them a job. So can not be. And they will surely continue to lose customers if they dont make changes.

I do not recommend months to finish and then incomplete work. They are very irresponsible and that the jobs are paid are a nightmare.
