Frustrating. La Hacienda has some good quality items but their checkout system is ridiculous, the quality inconsistent, and the prices are super premium compared to other options.The hot food pickup at lunch time is like someone who has never seen a buffet restaurant or cafeteria designed it, and wants to target people taking food home instead of eating it onsite. Items range from $5.99 to $18.99 per pound so they force you to use many tiny containers instead of one. It’s difficult to know how much you’re getting so you always end up with way more than you can eat and you pay extra for all the little containers (and poor landfill!). The whole thing is chaos, and the routing to get to pay makes it worse. Complete shitshow sometimes but at least everyone maintains good social distancing. Please hire a proper cafeteria designer and charge a single price so we can fill a single lunch box to go!!! Lots and lots of cafeterias do this. You’re not special.Also, the meat items are usually stale and dry and the brussel sprouts aren’t properly cut (have you tried chewing through the stem???).

When I want to eat elbow and ribs this is my place 👍 reasonable prices, for the place where it is on the golden mile I recommend it 100% x100%
