Awesome store with the best customer service!

Got duplicate keys done here(or maybe it’s another store, but attached to it). it took one minute as was pretty inexpensive

Ferreteria Madrid is not good. Filled with cheaply made materials and products and money hungry management. Even the keys break.

The place is great. The owner was closing and he opened up again to make some key chores for me.

Terrible customer service. You call and they hang up the phone without saying hello.Prices are very expensive. They have poor quality items. There are several other places nearby where they treat you with respect and have competitive prices.
