Horrible customer service! They wouldn’t do an embroidery like they said they would. They stated that they needed a back up of the backpack that they didn’t have and didn’t know when it will be available. I told them I’ll do a waiver and even if the embroidery gets done incorrectly I wouldn’t hold them accountable but they refused.Spoke to the manager to see any options to get the embroidery done but she didn’t have any options apparently. Never again will purchase this brand.

I love this place because almost everything is cheap and everything is very pretty. Last I also like it because they take military discounts.

I bought a package that cost me a hundred and a bit pesos and paid for an embroidery on it. After three days the embroidery begins to unravel. I call the store and they have no guarantee to fix it. It is not worth the expense.
