Careful with the pre ordering. Pre ordered a desk, in three months i never even got a call and when i finally got one i got told that they sold my desk to someone else. I did get a refund but it was s total waste of time.

I needed more comfortable work chairs and decided to buy Beast (Dragón- High Back Racecar-style & Coalt Racing-style). I made the order online and it got here before the time expected. Today, Monday, I just left the Hato Rey store, because they had a 50% discount on all the furniture and you go out for remodeling according to the Facebook page. The chair that was at $ 149 dlls on Friday, and which had a label of $ 149 dlls on Friday, today, just today, was at $ 199 dlls regular price and at $ 149 dlls with the sale. I commented to the seller, because the label was still on and he said “oops, its a mistake, leave it and Ill take the label off”, and in front of me, he took off the label of $ 149 dlls because the “real” price today was $ 199. .. Look, I bought it anyway, but it is not honest to me that they say they have sales and it turns out that they raise the price and offer it on sale. Nor did they have 50% on all sample furniture as they claim. I get misleading advertising, that they try to manipulate prices like that. I feel disappointed. ☹️

Be careful. I paid for a gamer chair in a certain color and the sale was misleading. When looking for it in the warehouse they informed us that there were no left, the treatment was not very polite and we had to resign ourselves to taking a product that was not the one we paid for. I will not sponsor them again.ADDENDUM post response from the President:The deception is that I was ** insistent ** asking about the color of the chair. Good service. But due to the quarantine, they couldnt send me home. I waited 2 1/2 months for the article, Im from the south west of PR and it was difficult for me to go up to Cataño because I had a little girl. Due to the necessity I had to go up to look for the item in Cataño and I was reimbursed for the shipping costs paid. 😁 Also, the base that supports the back seat was not compatible with the item and my husband had to make adjustments. 😔
