If you need precut keys, be sure to buy precut keys. I purchased two blank keys for a 2007 Volvo XC90. When they arrived, I called around to a few locksmiths and was quoted over forty dollars per key to cut, without a guarantee that they could be programmed. I set the keys aside, unopened, and forgot about them. I found them again after some time, and called to see if they could be exchanged for cut keys, but since it was beyond 30 days, I was out of luck. Save yourself a headache and go straight to the dealership to make sure you arent stuck with useless blank keys.

Fast shipping and a wide selection of parts!

This is a great place to get parts for a Volvo. Their prices are reasonable and their shipping is fast.

They lie and do not have any customer service skills. They say they ship FedEx and that the parts will be next business day. It has been over a week and the parts still have not been delivered. They charge for FedEx but ship USPS Ground. I was told it was shipped from two seperate locations but there is only one shipment. This is for some very small parts weighing a pound for everything at the most. They rip you off on the shipping and lie about it when you ask them questions.

Absolutely the best place to order factory parts for your Volvo! I have been their customer for a couple of years now, and I have to admit that Im totally impressed. All the orders were always on time, and complete. Tim Baurele is excellent. He walks the extra mile to check every single order and will let you know right away if there are any potential issues with your order. I dont know how they do that, but they deliver all the parts in 2 days or overnight while your local dealership charges over 25% more and needs a week to complete your order. I just love them!

Amazing customer service and speed of light delivery!I called after having placed an online order as I was unsure whether it was an upper or lower door hinge that I needed? The man who answers the phone (why didnt I take his name down?) asked me a few questions and quickly assessed that I most likely needed a door limiter and not a hinge. Not only did he switch out my order without any fuss, the limiter arrived literally overnight, and he had nailed my problem, saved me tons of aggravation, and a month of time (the hinges for my 850 R were only available from Sweden, and wouldve taken some time to arrive...).
