I recently had an oil change done at a Jiffy Lube & my check oil light came on saying my oil level was low. I was on a business trip & drove to Jiffy Lube shared what was going on & immediately Joe helped & went above & beyond to check my tire pressure & added the oil that I needed & reset the settings on my car. Joe was very helpful & professional. I can’t thank him enough for his help.

They are to overpriced! Rip off! It cost me $72 dollars for a basic oil change high mileage oil. That was with a military discount. They offered to change my cabin air filter and wanted to charge me close to $60 bucks for one. I said I will do it my self. Went down the street to auto zone and got a cabin air filter for $20 bucks. Not going their again they are way to expensive. The only plus was the staff was polite. I will do my own oil changed from now on. Jiffy lube more like jiffy screwed or jiffy robbed.

We were helped by Oscar and Angel. They were both extremely courteous, professional and helpful. They also helped to find us the best deal. Overall, we had a great experience. Also, the house of bagels is right next-door, and that was delicious!

I went to get an oil change which was done in a timely matter, but under the labor charges it said the interior of my car was vacuumed & windows cleaned which did not happen.

Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Went in for a simple smog and came out with a whole list of repairs needed for my vehicle. I would’ve never known my vehicle was that close to blowing up if it weren’t for these guys! The smog tech especially, I think his name was Fabiola, was super nice and professional. Would definitely recommend getting the Lube experience from these guys!

Came in for an oil change, and for whatever reason one of the technicians used the drivers side power seat adjustment. I saw them moving my seat, so when I got my car back I tried to readjust the seat back to its original position, only to find it not working properly. All the employees denied moving my seat, and would not tell me what had actually happened. I would not trust this place, if they make a mistake they will try and hide it and will not tell you!

The service was fast and the personnel very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this location. A big plus there’s a small little coffee place next door. Great coffee and a good place to wait.

The staff went above and beyond to provide me information on an issue with a part in my vehicle that is not CA emissions compliant. Really great staff that really seem to like what they do and have a very positive attitude towards all their customers.

Went in with low tire pressure light on Rental car, they had us in and out with a new tire on in less than 30 minutes (nail in tire) We had a wedding to go to that day, from out of town and we were so frazzled and they were all so helpful and professional, they were wonderful in calming us down!

These guys are legends. I’m on a 6 week roadtrip in my van and they fixed what 4 mechanics and $3,000 couldn’t. They were super professional and transparent about everything. I came in contact with about 5 people total during my service and everyone was super kind and helpful even before I got out of my car and handed over the keys. If I lived in SLO I wouldn’t be going anywhere else! Great teamwork guys, thank you!

I have to tell ya, the guys here are phenomenal! Sure its a bit expensive but the care they give when taking care of your vehicle is well worth it! Ty guys for always being there when we need you

The service was great and the people very friendly and helpful. They reviewed their work and made sure I was satisfied.

When I got there I told them I wanted an oil change and transmission service. They did the oil change and pulled the car out I asked about the transmission service so they pulled it back in. Then drain about 1 1/2 quarts of transmission fluid and tell me the fluid is filthy then put 1 1/2 quarts back in they did this 3 times for a total of approximately 4.5 quarts keep in mind the transmission holds 7 quarts the last time they did it the fluid was the same color as the first time then try to charge me 200.00 for the transmission service. I complained about the color of the fluid still coming out of the transmission and was told that it was done so I had to pay for it I argued and they knocked 50.00 off I still fill it is not done properly and will have to take it somewhere else to get it done right where they drop the transmission pan clean out the pan and change the filter. So moral of this story is dont get your transmission serviced here it will not get done right and had I not been watching I would not know it was not done properly there is no transmission dip stick on this car so you cant just check the color of the fluid easily. After the owner reviewed this he offered and gave me a full refund for the transmission service

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. It started with my phone call to find out how much an oil change would cost. Lorena answered the phone and she was so pleasant and helpful. Of course I called another place inquiring about the cost for an oil change and they were actually like $5 cheaper but I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful Lorena was that I came here. They got me right in and did an excellent job. My entire experience was fantastic. I especially want to point out how courteous and helpful Lorena was. The way she treated me on the phone was the whole reason I came in. Give that girl a raise!!

As I was paying, they informed me that my “check engine” light was on when I came in - which is simply not true. When I disagreed, they insisted. I asked why it was on, and they said it would cost me $120 to diagnose the problem. If my light had been on, which it was not, would they not have informed me of that before performing service? Is that not what any mechanic on planet earth would have done? I like the service, but do not appreciate being lied to, nor do I appreciate that they would not accept responsibility. Fortunately, the light reset after driving a few miles and restarting the car. No harm, no foul, but the lack of integrity put me off.

Yeah they do good work but every time I come here they don’t put my E brake in the Cars when they put your cars outside it’s like down the hill they have to use the emergency break and they don’t do it that will messed up the transmission

One of the mechanics at the store lied to me about the condition of my vehicles brake fluid by showing me a litmus strip with the brake fluid on it and telling me it had high levels of copper in it in order to up sell me an almost $100 service to replace it. Brake fluid is a lifetime of the vehicle fluid that does not need replacing.

The tires have great handling and a quiet ride: and importantly to me during covid, Kyle accommodated my request to have all this work done while I remained in my vehicle (to safeguard against exposure to surfaces inside my car.) Facility was clean and I was happy to get my overdue oil change in a pandemic without getting out of my car. Price was about expected and brought in a coupon to bring it down about 10%. Worth it for the convenience and quick work. Everyone had face coverings and stayed as far apart as can be expected in a garage. Glad they are being safe.

I’ve been happy the last couple times I’ve gone in for an oil change. The prices are a little higher then what I’m used to but if you take the time to look online there are coupons available for use. Overall I’m happy with the service I received and will likely he returning.

My wife recently stopped in for an oil change, and an oil change alone. As expected, they pitched the your three year old car needs everything that we offer replaced. Fortunately, she only took the $100 ($60 too much) oil change, $60 rear diff flush ($30 too much) and $30 (also too much) tire rotation. What does bother me is that they said that the engine air filter should be replaced (see attached photo if it shows up). Ive pulled new filters out of the box that were almost as dirty as this filter. Avoid this place if you are looking for honest business. My wifes lack of automotive knowledge doesnt give you the right to take advantage of her. She ended up paying $215 on the way out the door... Thats one hell of an oil change visit.

This particular Jiffy Lube always makes me feel like they value my business. The people there have always been happy to go above and beyond for a customer. I never went to jiffy lube for anything other than oil changes before going to this location. Now I go for everything. Super cool employees.

I took my car in for an oil change and a Lube job. When I got the car back they told me that they could not do the lube job because it has seal components and they could not get to them to grease them. When I went to pay the bill of $125.70 I feel they should have not charged me that amount since they did not do the job that I originally went there for. Before they put the car on the rack I told them the fluid for my radiator was low and it needed fluid. Their paperwork shows radiator coolant level may require attention I thought they were supposed to add the fluid if anything was needed along with the service. I had to add 3/4 of a gallon of coolant to the radiator. They did not check my brake fluid levels they did not check the air filter for the engine they did not check the brake pads, so what did I pay for? $125.70 for an oil change! Not satisfied. Wont recommend or return again. The only thing nice about the place was the men that work they were nice.

Honestly yes, the prices are high--but the service was great! I love that they vacuumed my car, gave me a run-down, etc. Also you can almost always find coupons online so take advantage! These guys are open so much and work hard to give great service. Small waiting room for sure but I came on a Sunday for an oil change and only had to wait about fifteen minutes! Very good experience.
