Staff member I dealt with was very sweet and helpful. The store is bright and inviting with a nice layout.The chocolate was labeled well and they had a variety of dark chocolate with and without dairy.Unfortunately I wasn’t a huge fan of all of the chocolate pieces I selected. One was phenomenal, one was good and the others were nothing special.

Outstanding! I have only ordered online, but they have a great selection, especially for those who are gluten-free (I think most all products here are gf) and dairy-free (they have milk-free vegan chocolate). Amazing customer service, great communication for online orders, and super fast shipping. I hope to visit in person some day soon!

Very pleasant place to have coffee and chocolate. A large number of customers come in and out, so it looks very popular. The coffee here is not bad, but it is not amazing. The milk foam is a little bit more, and the power is slightly insufficient. But the weight is absolutely generous. I ordered a big cup, but I also got a tempting almond cookie, very good, very delicious. The staff here are very cute, I must say that they seem optimistic and focus on their work.

Highly Recommend!Arguably the best chocolate Ive ever tasted. The simple and organic ingredients prove that less is more. I have celiac and everything is innately gluten-free! They have so much dark chocolate and specialty truffles made without milk that theres something for everyone. You would never believe that some of the creations are actually vegan (my friends had no idea!). This is an awesome pit-stop when traversing the Central Coast, and Im thrilled that you can order online, too.Thanks, Mama Ganache; Ill be back next time Im in town for sure!

They have the cutest cat shaped chocolates, which you can buy in a pack for a variety! The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. This great new chocolatier in San Luis Obispo is a must to fulfill your sweet tooth!

A very nice chocolate shop made in house. The young lady that helped us was extremely nice and helpful. There is a wide variety of vegan chocolates that makes really nice gifts for people. I especially enjoyed sampling the many chocolates that were laid out. Strange that there is a seating area but I suppose so. They also offer coffee and chocolate shakes.

By far my favorite chocolate store in the county. The quality of the chocolates is unmathced. The large selection of different chocolates as well as truffles makes for a new experience every time I go in. I use the cocoa powder in my favorite recipes. This gem of a business is worth visiting.

Vegan chocolate. Vegan caramel filled chocolate. Vegan milkshake. Vegan holiday candy so my vegan children arent left out. Oh, yeah, they also have an amazing assortment of non vegan items.

Very knowledgeable on her dark chocolates. I got the Cafe Au Lait truffle and White Chocolate Caramel cream and a latte. Wonderful and delicious. Highly recommend coming here for your chocolate fix.

Awesome truffles. Favorite is walnut and milk chocolate truffle paired with Castoro’s 2015 Zinfandel. Yummy!!

Im not much into chocolate, but they have a nice range including vegan ones. The best part is that theres a couch with childrens books that I read to the kids while my belle explored the rest of the store.

Amazing little place with great customer service.

Ordered what was supposed to be, and marked, vegan. I have a severe food allergy called anaphylaxis to dairy (whey/casein, the milk protein). I had a reaction to 2 trys of the chocolate. I dont know what happened and I understand accidents happen, but I am disappointed.
