Took my daughter to the spirit store an hour before close (6 pm) and a rude woman I’m guessing the manager stopped us at the door and said they were closed. Didn’t give an explanation more than ushering us out of the store and locking the doors. My 5 year old was deviated because we carefully selected what fun place she wanted to go to by what was OPEN. I double checked and they close at 7 not 6. Horrible.

My son tripped over this because they didnt mark it.. I mean if they werent so busy huddled together at the register and double checked..

The ladies there are great they were able to help with my issue of not finding the right size. They didn’t give me a hard time about helping me. They did what they could to get me the right size the only thing they didn’t do is pick it up from the sister center. Lol 😂

Great experience and a fun staff, plenty of costumes and fun nick nacks. Wife and I love to find stuff for the home to decorate and sometimes we find stuff we like so much we keep it up all year around

You could order off the internet or make better costumes, but if you just want a costume or an accessory or decoration it gets the job done.

Should be half the price, I went to get an astronaut helmet for cosplay and it was $40 including $2 lash glue in all.

First, not a very kid friendly place. It’s pure chaos with lots of scary machines making horribly annoying sounds. The second we walked in my four and two-year-olds were attached to my legs. I’m not an overly sensitive guy, but there are graphic images all over the place, even in the kids section.Second, everything is insanely low quality material. For the quality you get, everything in there should be half the price.I take pride in the businesses I support with my money, and this is a business I’m not proud to support.Lesson learned: buy for Halloween online.

Not enough staff around to ask questions as we shopped, but the costumes were organized by theme week enough that we find what we wanted.Remember - no returns, so try it on in the store if you arent sure!

Not as big and extravagant as I expected. The didnt use the whole store and they had nothing special. Seemed like they had everything that I could find at my local Walmart. Would not go again.
