I have been using and loving Fluid products for a number of years. Their Performance line is excellent: several great tasting flavors (even when warm) and a formula that is easy on the tummy during intense exercise. The Recovery line is also great. I love the cinnamon vanilla flavor. It is fantastic mixed with almond milk and equally satisfying ice cold after a hot training day, or warmed up after a freezing Chicago winter run. Fluid also recently released a plant based restorative protein blend that is packed with protein and good stuff like ginger and turmeric to help boost the immune system and aid recovery. As a vegan athlete, I am grateful for a company that provides so many vegan-friendly options that hold up to the demands of a rigorous training schedule. Battle-tested, and approved!

So the great thing about Fluid, well many great things! First customer service is fantastic! They respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manor. They leave inspiring notes with each order! Made in the USA! The support the firefighters who fight wild fires. They are athletes themselves.I haven’t tasted anything I didn’t like! My all time favorite is Chocolate Recovery. Even makes a great hot chocolate! During the hot summer months the Cinnamon Vanilla is my other go to! As far as the Performance drink mix... any and all of them! I have been at races and events where I knew that Fluid was on course and knew I would have a happy belly and happy taste buds.

As a registered dietitian I often struggle to find the best recovery options for athletes. And I never recommend a product to an athlete I don’t believe in. Fluid Nutrition provides optimum nutrition during and post exercise. It is not only nutritionally sound but also tastes ridiculously good! My favorite is the cinnamon vanilla recovery powder - unreal how good it is. I also do quite a bit of travel so always invest in the individual packets! Premium product; hands down.
