Excellent service. I didnt catch the gentlemans name who helped me, but hes help me before and hes always very nice and knowledgeable. I was in the store about 5:15 PM on 9/22/2021 with my wife. We came in looking at helmets which he measured her head to try and help determine what size shed need so we could order online as the store was out of stock on the size she needed. I ended up buying a jacket for myself. Excellent customer service every time Im in. This was in the San Luis Obispo store in California.

Cycle Gear has a great selection at great prices. Ive been able to find specialty tools, oils and more on the shelf when I need them. Staff is always helpful and pretty knowledgeable too.

Employees let me do my own shopping and helped me when asked. Being able to try things on and taking home the purchases that day are valuable enough to me to justify the spending of a 20 dollar difference over Amazon. Also has a much better size selection in store over what I could find online at any retailer. Looking at going back next weekend to get things I forgot.

I had a great consumer experience at Cycle Gear. I am an older human, and I am getting an electric motor bike - my first foray into the motor bike world, electric or otherwise. I needed to purchase a helmet and a pair of gloves for safety purposes and in order to comply with CA law. The selection seemed extensive to me, and Tony was extremely helpful getting me set up with both, and cheerfully answered my questions. I will go back if needs require, and I recommend Cycle Gear.

Visited CycleGear to buy gear for my first motorcycle and they were nothing but welcoming and excited for my new hobby. Johnny was very helpful when I needed to find a helmet and gloves and Richard was a blast to speak with.

As a first time rider and bike owner, they were very helpful. They showed me every thing I would need to be safe. They treated me with the up most respect, like I had been shopping there for years. I will be doing all my shopping for gear, parts, and accessories.

Just ok one salesperson so if there are 2 or more customers and you have a ? you have to be real patient. Not much inventory other than a few name brands. Good helmet selection.

These guys are great. Always willing to offer an opinion if asked, and they love to talk motorcycles. They make sure to ask you if you need any help, but arent pushy. Noah went out of his way to help me the other day by giving me a few wheel weights from the back, so I could balance my wheels at home.

This is an awesome store! Really loves the fact that everything was open, and easy to find. They had everything from handle bars to helmets to decal kits. I was a little disappointed in the selection of hats they had... Most where the same style, just different colors. Not a big deal though to be honest. Great place. Would definitely recommend.

This store is the place to go for any of your motorcycle needs. I was helped by Melody there and she was supper helpful. She was very knowledgeable about all of the items, and when they didnt have my size for a certain jacket, she had one transfered from any other store and it arrived the next day. I will definitely be returning when Im in the market for my next purchase.

I pop in to Cycle Gear about twice a month. The staff at this location is really good, they ride and know what they are talking about. They almost always have the parts I need in stock and if not they can get them really quickly. Ive been there for parts on all of my last 4 bikes, it would be a nightmare trying to service them all without having a decent shop close by.

Needs more inventory specifically jetting and shims

These guys at this location were accommodating enough to let me borrow some tools they normally would be selling to remove my front wheel from a Triumph Tiger due to a flat, since it was a Sunday and any motorcycle/auto shop is closed. We were doing a trip down the coast from San Francisco to Phoenix. We brought the wheel to them because the bike could not be moved from its location safely, and they changed out the tube and just charged for it and labor. They were life-savers in getting us back on the road.

The man that helped us was very helpful with finding exactly what we needed for our 3 year old boy and his dirtbike gear. Great customer service! Definitely reccomend this place!

The gang at Cycle Gear are always helpful. They do not try to sell you stuff you dont need and they never pressure you. They are very knowledgeable about the items that they sell. If they do not have it in stock they will order it into the store and are great about calling you as soon as it comes in. Bike nights are always a treat. Great prizes and they even feed you. This place has an excellent selection of motorcycle gear and equipment. The prices arent bad either for a retail location, and Ive always been pleased with the customer service I get! I usually drive down from Paso to the store if I need motorcycle gear, if that tells you anything.

Awesome people work there

I call cyclegear early in the day asking for a certain part and if they had it in stock, she asked to give me a call back soon. I said okay and waited 3 hours before I decided to call them. Later that day I go into the store to pick up some handgaurds.. I said to the worker that the handgaurds had looked like like they were bought /returned so he took 10% off. Long story short the package was missing all the hardwar and I have to drive an hour just because the store messed up.

A lot of cheaply made gear, but at least you can check it out before you buy it. More often than not they dont have what I want or need, but at least they are there. Buying somethings online is sketchy and Cycle Gear helps in those cases. Also, they can save you if you are in need on a road trip.
