Went in for upgrade. Several models were out of stock, Finally we came across one where the she said there were plenty in stock. Went to pay with credit card and machine gave error, we tried another card and same error, she tried her own same error. She was on with support for about 30 minutes then she suggested debit card. That seemed to have worked. After we were rung up she goes to the back and comes back and says the phone is out of stock and if we want to try a more expensive model. At this point we were done. I told her to cancel the transaction and we would be on our way. She did not know how to do that and would not give me cash, so we waited another 1/2 hour while she tried to cancel. I asked her three time this canceling my transaction or refunding as I did not want to wait 2 to 3 business days to get money back that we we never sent. She assured me yes. Sure enough she processed as refund. I am still waiting for funds to come back to account. Went down the road to New Braunfels, walked in and asked do you have this phone in stock? the rep said yes, were were in and out in 10 minutes. Should have went there first.
Older lady (under employee ID on receipt it said Valeri)with the long nails was rude from the moment we walked in. Boyfriend went into switch to metro, called first and couldnt get them to tell him hardly anything over the phone. Went in and he told her he wanted the A21 but was showing her the A51 not realizing he was saying the A21. Once he realized his mistake he asked to get it fixed and the day literally yelled at him telling him he said the A21. Which he did, we know that but he showed her thw A51 when he was showing her which one he wanted. She stood there and yelled at him like a child then called her manager whom he personally knows to let him know he wanted to switch. As soon as she realized he knew the manager her tone changed real quick. The younger girl in the sweater was so much more pleasant. The older lady really needs to learn how to talk to people if shes going to be bragging shout how long shes been working at this location. Ive never felt more uncomfortable than i did today. If i could rate zero stars i definitely would.
Very good customer service when I was having a hard time getting my phone activated. The manager was very helpful and solved my problems pretty quick.

You clearly have to a clear and focused thinking on how youre going to get help and know specifically what you want or need (as it is used with any business store that you walk into). This particular day that we went to MetroPCS my husbands phone was messing up quite a bit. I asked a lot of questions, because they were trying to get us to get another phone. I cant afford that right now. So I wasnt too happy with these particular people, because they were really pushing the issue of buying one.
The guy told me it would cost 17 dollars to switch to my replacement phone (that was replaced with their insurance)even though the first person told me it was free. Then when I asked to to check to make sure the sim card was in correctly. His exact words were Im sure it is. And handed the phone back. Lazy. Rude. Makes me want to switch providers.
Valerie was wonderfully helpful. After mega frustration at New Braunfels Metros, I decided to try another place. Her knowledge of the problem and how to fix it was a miracle. My blue tooth on the old phone wasnt working so she just put my contact data on my gmail then retrieved it on my new phone.

I opened a new account here & got a new phone. I was unhappy with the fact that even though I was switching from Straight Talk they wouldnt give me the discount because they claimed that Straight Talk can choose from a few different providers to use, so Straight Talk can choose to use T-Mobile for one person & Verizon for another, & according to them Straight Talk used T-Mobile for my line through them. Therefore, I didnt qualify for the discount one gets when switching from another provider. I didnt like the fact they had no proof of this & that they could claim that & charge me a much higher price for my phone with no proof. However, the rep helping me did make it to where I could make payments on my phone with no interest over a period of 4 months, which was very helpful because I went in there planning on spending $99 on my phone, but I didnt qualify for that price.

Lady incredibly rude every time i go! I had to go to another location to help me connect my phone. Just terrible customer service when shes around. Thank goodness for a second location where theyre a lot more helpful and friendly.

Very unhappy and upset!! Recently purchased a LG Stylo 4, i did not know this phone came with a pen. My phone started giving me notifications, so i went back to the store to let them know my phone didnt come with a pen. The service i recieved was horrible!! The manager wasnt available and the store worker Valeri was very rude and has a horrible attitude! Customer service is EVERYTHING in a business!! This store will definitely lose a lot of business if she is the only full time employee!
Average store. Not much to say except my husband and I stopped here twice, same clerk both times. Unfortunately the clerk was not able to help us and did not offer a second option to try and resolve.

Incompetent! Misleading! I left there making the manager think I agreed with what she was telling me. Which was BS. You see, I was having issues with the AUX connection. I could not use my phone as a hands free device. I could hear the convo. But they could not hear me. The manager trouble shot the phone herself after I did my troubleshooting through Metros tech support. The tech informed me to take the phone back to the place where I purchased it. The manager took my phone out to her car with attitude to test it. She came back in telling me These phones are not made to be used for phone calls using the AUX. My reply was WHAT?! She stated. There is nothing wrong with the phone. The thing is if I take it back and send it to LG and there is nothing wrong with it. I will have to pay for the phone. That told me she didnt want to help me. Anyways I left. I called Metro tech support. They also agreed there was something wrong with the phone. Unfortunately was not able to help me on there end. But Tech did give me the number to LG. I informed LG of the service I received from their authorized dealer. She stated that all phones are AUX usable for phone calls. She wanted me to send the phone in, but that meant that I would not have a phone till LG sent it back. Well, what I did a day before my cycle ended. I went to Wireless America and informed Malik (the owner) of the situation. He shook his head and set me up with a free phone. Anyways I just paid for the months service of $50 unlimited and I can use the AUX. So if you need great customer service you know where to go in San Marcos now
They suck at helping you but will have there hands open to take your money. Feels like a private b owned company. Your better off going to the store on aquarena
The lady that works there Veronica has no customer service skills at all. They do not explain things thoroughly and there are no signs on the walls at all that the sales are final no refund

I went in today to resolve an issue where my calling over Wi-Fi wasnt working. Jay too care of me & was able to upgrade my $74/month 3gb data per line to unlimited 4GLTE on 2 lines for $75.00. I had to call tech support about the WiFi issue & the girl Tori was so nice & helpful. They have very good customer phone support.

Horrible customer service!!! The so called manager acts like she hates her life! Shes rude and tries to over charge. They dont honor the Metro PCS deals that are advertised EVERYWHERE, because they pocket the money. I was on the phone with Metro customer service and they were telling me while I was in the store, that the manager was over charging and to go to a different store. I walked out of this store and went to the one on Aquarena, the service there was so much better and didnt charge me close to what the other store was trying to charge me! Save your time and MONEY, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Other people I know have complained of the same horrible customer service as well.
