I needed to get the Verizon technical support number to resolve the failure of Verizon s cell number movement from my old phone to my new phone.The person in the San Marcos store was pleasant and helpful, and he gave me the number I needed the speak with Verizons technical support.When Verizon person answered, she listened and said she would fix the the problem. That work started with both phones not having service. She requested information of what each phone displated and began to make changes. In about 20 minutes the new phone had service.The old phone was to get the number of a flip-phone. That didnt happen because the Verizon control hardware reported the Sim card in the S4 phone was too old.Today, the new phone has cell service and has better voice audio.I went to this store after calling their number and spoke to a person that said come right over so I can fix it.Unfortunately, the person in this store said to come right over. However, he never said he was in Fallbrook. the person I spoke with was in Fallbrook.I called the San Marcos store because i was in San Marcos.

I just purchased a brand new Samsung S21 Ultra phone and a new Samsung Watch here. Two of the store employees were not able to get my watch to pair or work properly( they were also unable to scan my watch code to get the proper setup). I was told to go to Best Buy or call an 800 number for help. Althoughthey were polite, they were of no help. After a frustrating few hours I decided to return the watch that didnt work and, of course, was charged a $70.00 restocking fee.I strongly recommend using another store (An actual Verizon store or Best Buy) if youll need help with your new purchases. Very disappointed with the service here

Went in and was told there would be a 90 min wait. Gave them my number and they never called... went back 3 hours later and waited in the lobby for another hours. Never got any help. They are way too busy and dont seem to care.

I went in a couple days ago and was getting helped by the Assistant Manager. My friend recommended this store to me because she had a great experience, but it ended up being unprofessional. As I was getting helped by the Assistant Manager, he was being rude and I only went in to change a plan but he tried telling me something was wrong on my phone and I checked and it was completely fine. He then kept trying to sell other items and I understand that’s his job, but when I say no more than 10 times it gets to the point where a customer feels uncomfortable and wants to get the out of that store. I hope someone does something about this.

Worst store.Ordered phones, was told they would arrive on a certain date. Got a shipping notification, then a return to sender notice. When I called the store they said “we can’t find your order info. Then give me your number and we’ll call you back.” That was in November and eventually I went to a real Verizon store not this scam store bad got the phones I wanted in less than a week.I will not be returning to this store ever.

Idrees is the store manager at this location and has been taking care of our business account for 2 years now, he is exceptional at his job, his customer service skills are wonderful and he always goes the extra mile. One of his associates name is Michael, he as well has been a great advocate and has helped us in many situations when we were in need. This store has professional, friendly staff who are dedicated and willing to go the xtra mile!!

About a year ago I went from a family plan to my own unlimited plan. The store manager Darion was helpful and offered a deal if I bought an iPad. He told me if after 3 months with the unlimited data on the ipad I could cut it off and my rate would not increase on my cell phone. I kept it a full year and now that Im trying to reduce my bills due to COVID-19 I am told they will not honor. So instead of my bill going down $20.00 it will only go down $10.00.We all are struggling and this is noway to keep my business.Now 2 weeks later and there is NO Response from the owner.

After having a horrible experience at the previous Verizon store the second I walked in I felt very comforted and welcomed, Daniel went above and beyond to answer all my questions and was so gracefully patient and knowledgeable helping me with my new device. Although I bought my new phone else where. I will never go to another Verizon store again! I would recommend anyone to come here and ask for Daniel or Maribel. The staff is amazing overall best customer experience! I couldnt have asked for more

Our initial experience was very positive, but then we did not get the promos that Quinn and Jamar (the manager) promised us. I went into the store 3 times to get it at the phone number on line and on the invoice, but they do not answer the phone regularly. I left a message many times, and was told later that they dont have a mail box and they do not listen to messages. Then my bill came, I was quoted that my bill would be $133, including all taxes, and my first bill was $207. I called Verizon directly and have been on the phone with them for about an hour and a half, and they are trying to straighten this out. The person at Verizon I spoke to, Dennis, was outstanding and did all that he could to resolve the multiple issues. It turns out that this store is not a Verizon store at all, it is a premium retailer, but they are not owned by Verizon. I finally got in contact with a corporate person from Go Wireless, the actual store owners, and he said that he will take care of the promo issue. We will see if he does. I have spent hours on the phone, and driving to the store. Please go to the Corporate Verizon Stores. Do not go to any of the Premium Retailers for Verizon. What a headache!!!

Apparently a lifetime replacement plan is good for two years. I spent the extra money for lifetime, no questions warranty on a screen protector. I just came in to have it replaced and was told they do not honor that any more.The store manager was polite and I do not envy him having to break the news that his company cannot be trusted, but GoWireless is now on my do not shop there list.

I went to this Verizon store tonight as my otter box was broken for my Samsung 8 phone. As I was checking the price it said $59.95 but was charged $69.95. Sales rep gave me 25% off and well thought it was a good deal. I paid but representative of store never told me about 2r% restocking fee. Even when you paid nothing states restocking fee or in store. I left store but my wife said to take otter box back as better price with Amazon even best buy. I went to return and that is when the young woman who helped me said restocking fee and it was on my receipt. I advised back no signs are viable and how come when I paid this restocking fee was never stated upfront??. I will never use Verizon again. They are very expensive phone usage and nothing good was done by store. Especially when no signs are viable to the public. Verizon you lost me as a customer once my time is up I will go with other network.Leonard Bangs

Today I was dreading going into Verizon to get my replacement phone because this is usually a timely process. Quinn and Marible helped me transfer all my information over in no time! While I was waiting for everything to transfer over they told me about an amazing deal they have on their tablets right now. I ended up walking away with a new phone AND a new tablet! Helped my husband back up his old phone and called warranty to get it replaced and restored his new phone once it got in. He also upgraded me while keeping my bill exactly the same. We live in Peoria, AZ and my screen protector broke when I dropped my phone in California. We have GoWireless in Peoria. First we went to a company store and they wanted full retail price even though I had the protection package from GoWireless. We found this store and Roberto was amazing. I told him that we had the protection package. He took my phone, walked over to get a new one and within 5 minutes changed it out for me. 5 stars! Nothing less.Cathy Moreland

I had a few issues with their goadvantage program that I was signed up for. The district manager personally called me to work out any issues. The customer service at this location is exceptional. I really appreciate the time they take to help answer each little question and work out every problem. I brought my dad in for his upgrade and everyone was super patient and answered all of his questions. Thank you Yadi, Michael, and Louis.

This store gets a big fat doble fat 0For its costumers serviceWe have been trying to resolve a problem .That they are at fault since back in JulyWe got two phones and return one with in the14 days and they keep charging us for the phone each month and they are sending us to collection because the phone is still in there system.We called the store for two days and finally got through, ask to talk to the manager they said was with another costumer that he would call usback . We waited for two day and never got a call back from them. So we called again, same answer. We called verizon costumer services.They have been trying to resolve the the problem the last 7 months and nothinghas been resolved .
