We’re very helping on what I needed and we’re so accommodating staff we’re amazing it maybe a small place but you’ll feel at home here if you have a problem here then there’s something wrong with you

Very small, no room to walk or barely move without running into another person or a shelf. Stuff is crammed everywhere and social distance is a joke seeing there is only about 3 ft of floor space. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My car broke down and I ended up in the parking lot of Planet K waiting for it to cool down so I could add coolant and try to get home. My phone was nearly dead and the manager was super kind and plugged my phone in to her personal phone charger so I could get enough juice to try to get home. Im not the typical customer of stores like Planet K, but the atmosphere was very friendly, the staff were all helpful, and interactions with the guests were pleasant and personable. Overall, great experience.

I just left Planet K in San Marcos, I was aimlessly driving arguing with an ex and i stopped in. I am so glad I did. The three awesome employees working there made me feel so much better. I am so happy I stopped in and would recommend this Planet K to anyone who cares about a positive customer service experience!I wish I got their names, but I’m Sure they’ll remember me! Every time I’ve gone in staff has always been very polite and helpful. The last two times I was in between which two products I wanted so they gave me a freebie to try which i think is very generous! I’ve always had a pleasant experience here.

This store has some problems. Got a torch, asked the person face to face if she could fill the torch. She said it already is, so I was like okay thanks. I then got home and the torch went even spark at all,bone dry empty as well. I called about 20 min ago and tf hey said they cant do anything until 5pm because the manager wont be in, not the mention the manager was the on I asked to fill it up. So who ever goes here check your stuff before you leave

Really tired of folks who look down their nose at you when they havent used soap in weeks.

The store is packed in small space. This does stop them from having tons of crazy cool things to buy. They dont just sell pipes & incense, the store if filled with novelties. We spent about 20mins or so there but it was enough time for daughter to get what she came for and for the rest of us to check out cool posters, exotic drinks, funny bumper stickers, & even a corner designated to the erotic adult. I think this store probably draws a younger crowd with their inventory, I still didnt mind checking it out.

Best Planet K out of any Ive ever been to.The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and awesome. Went in to get some stocking stuffers for my mom and the ladies working at the time were so welcoming, funny, and not to mention smoking hot. Will definitely be getting all my smoke shop needs here in the future

Planet K definitely has everything you need for drug paraphernalia and the drug culture, the only drawback is that they are at least twice if not three times the price of the independent stores that sell the same exact products based in the central Texas region. I only come here because they’re open until midnight and I work very late otherwise I would be visiting the independent stores.

This PK is pretty small and compact, so it is obviously not a flagship store. Dont expect the full selection here, but enough to hold you off. The employees are awesome and knowledgeable. They can answer questions about pipe size and attachments. This PK is a decent place to stop.

GREAT Customer service!! ..the guy who helped us (white dude with the curly fro) .was very informal about the products we were intrested in..and shared his own preferences about products and how and what worked best!..great environment!!.... A candy store for adults! PLANET K!

Its really a nice store, its just a bit on the small side. Its great for finding those tiny, pesky screens! Bumper stickers are a scream! This is a great place to find incense!!!

I purchased another s**t C.B.D cartridge from this shop, last time I give these people my money. The staff is very un-knowledgeable of anything to do with C.B.D. They said they were going to give me a veterans discount and I guess forgot about it in the 5 minutes I was gone, having to pull money out of the ATM. They would not let me use my wifes Debit card even though we have been married for 15 years, and share the account because its her name on the Debit card. Bad customer service, and I would warn any veteran of the armed forces from shopping at any Planet ks in Texas. Also there is A Bernie Sanders for president billboard on every planet K property. Pushing the owners political opinions on his employees, with out regard for their beliefs.The owner Mike, acts like he is a socialists and cares about all of his employees, but pays them almost minimum wage, while he roles around in millions of dollars, taking advantage of their hard work. Also, most of the employees are high as F whenever I have gone in there in the past.I am done giving Mike my money while he works the staff to the bone for a profit.

Store is incredibly cramped, everything’s organized poorly and hard to find on top of being overpriced. For example their juul starter kits are $45, at a gas station you can get them for $15... WTF?

I go like twice a week. Yes there are some lackadaisical employees but for the most part they are super helpful. They know lots about the products and if they dont they call for an answer. Keep up the good work.

Customer service is nonexistent and some of the employees are simply rude. I had a couple questions on my visit and found that most of the employees know nothing about what theyre selling. Seems that some of the clerks are good for nothing but to be a warm body that takes up space.

It was a horrible experience my husband had his Id I am 30 and dont look like I teenager. Lady said that I couldnt even look without my id. How ironic we just left san marcos and I didnt have one. Horrible services. Want good service go somewhere eles. Plus very crowded store and small! Cant even move around in there. Wouldve been nice for better service. Maybe I should contact the owner and tell him what I experienced!!!! Dont even want to put one star on this place but it made me!!
