Ive been Dealing with this Gentleman for more years than id like to admit... Ive never met someone in his industry that was more honest and caring than Chuck and his family, from before when he owned San Marcos Coin and Jewelry to now, his integrity has been exemplary, I never even blink about referring people to him as everyone I have ever referred to him came back or called me to thank me for the greatest precious metal connection they have ever met. If you dont know who to trust... now you do! He will always tell you the truth, even if its not what you want to hear, One piece of advise I will share with you is once he gives you a number, thats the number.. dont try to negotiate as it seems the only thing that he isnt cool with. I made the mistake over twenty years ago trying to bargain with him and when he refused, i went and found out that he was the best bid out of the shoot, not to mention the grief and agony I went through trying to deal with everybody else... I also found out that he supplies most of them with their products, so they were all middle men between Chuck and myself. I never questioned his numbers again. If his number wasnt enough, because I was hoping for more, I came to the realization that the only way I would get more was to retail the stuff myself, which Ive done a few times. In those situations, he gave me sound advise as to the best and safest way to retail the items I needed to get more for.I truly cant say enough about Mr. Chuck Buckley! As everyone eventually retires, he will and I will feel lost without him to go visit or call...Carlo Castorani Jr. Out.......
