There’s no better place than Modern to buy materials from! All of their staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, and I’m stunned at how much product they have in stock - stone, pavers, you name it. I love taking my customers there to pick out their products because they have it all on display. Their pricing is considerably less than other places around. I don’t even bother calling anyone else anymore!

I have not received my order yet. They have not to respond my calls and emails.

People behind the counter were goofing with other employees and it was like they did not care about helping me and there was no one else in the store at the time. The guy behind the counter pushed me off to someone at a desk in the other room and he did not even wait for me to finish telling him what wanted

First time to Modern Builders Supply today and will be my new spot for stone, tile and brick. I talked to Randy and even though I was a residential customer purchasing only 20 sf of stone he treated me like a regular big spender. He took time to show me many choices and found 3 samples in my price range to take home. I will be going back tomorrow to make my purchase. Great prices, selections and customer service. So much better then the depot!

These people are the best! If you are not a landscaper or mason, and just regular folk...you will LOVE the customer service and hand holding this company offers. Over the top with explanations, product sharing and advise.

Bought El Dorado stacked stone here and they delivered when they said they would. I wanted to do more area needed some more product and they had it in stock. Went there close to closing time and they stayed late and helped me load it. I would recommend them.

Customer service is weak. You get the feeling that they are doing you a favor when youre buying something from their store. A friendly smile and how can I help you wouldnt kill the sales staff either.
