My husband, sister and I went to UltiMattress to replace mattresses lost in a house fire. We had never been mattress shopping before so we were hesitant when we walked in. The manager Eddie was there on his day off and spent time going over all the bells and whistles of every mattress on the floor. He explained to us what was important and looked for every deal he could find to help us out. I spoke about the experience and prices to several people and everyone was shocked by how quick the process was and how amazing the deals were. If you’re looking for a mattress definitely give this place a call, I’d personally ask to work with Eddie because he knows his stuff and isn’t pushy about making the sale.

Who knew that buying a mattress was as difficult as buying a car. Most places just push whatever is the most expensive and dont take the time to explain the differences. Eddie was the opposite. He took his time to assure that we got exactly what we were looking for and what best suited our needs. When we buy another mattress for our guest room, well make sure we go see Eddie again because of his great customer service and professionalism.

Went in today looking for mattresses to replace ones lost in a house fire. Eddie, the manager, was in on his day off taking care of other things and dropped what he was doing to show us around his store. He helped us pick out exactly the mattresses we needed and was always straight up and honest with us. He got us amazing deals on our items even offered us free delivery to Kyle. It was even better finding out the business was owned and operated by him and that he’s local. Especially during this time of crisis it was good see a small business doing good things and helping their customers. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place to anyone shopping for a new bed.

We just bought our first mattress from here and we love it! You wont find any shady, used-car-salesman type techniques here; just decent, real people aiming to help you find a mattress that suits you. Also, compared to the other nearby Mattress Firm stores, theres a *way* better selection, including tempurpedic- the best memory foam mattress brand. We were helped by Kris; she was diligent and caring in her work (a rarity in sales these days) and went above and beyond to help get the perfect mattress for us- even calling us days after the sale to let us know of a better deal- which we took!

So my hubby and I had gone somewhere else to buy a mattress had terrible experience ended up canceling said mattress. Went to ultimattress to try again and kris went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and had excellent experience.
