Really nice outdoor mall with various stores of high end and regular brand stores. A host of restaurants.Theyve both high end and regular brand stores. They have proper COVID-19 protocol. The only thing with outdoor mall is the weather and truly it’s fine.

Lots of different sites to choose from. Victoria Secret reminded me of a huge garage sale. Didnt care for the store at all. Lots of nice stores with good sales.

Although I love shopping here, I hate all the walking, and definitely hate all the driving I have to do to get to the wide variety of stores I enjoy shopping. This place needs to offer sit down or stand up motorized rental scooters as done in most major cities and even downtown San Marcos! If they allowed these rentals as an option, Id give a 5 star review every time I shopped here.

Too crowded, and prices are the same as anywhere else. Better to buy online, this used to be and outlet now its just an outside mall. Very overrated!!!

A great Outlet with wide variety and availability of good options

I was surprised at how many stores have left the Prime Side. I was just there 4 months ago. The 3 stores I did go into, employees were really nice. Answered all my questions.But, I also have to say, its not how it used to be, as in the selection of stores. Like the Kitchen Collection...

The selection of stores is quite good. It is the traffic and congestion that prevents me awarding 5 stars. No one was rude, but it was a crush of humanity trying to move around one another, and the parking lot was insane. It is worth the time and effort to save money on products you want/need. I highly recommend trying to visit on off-peak hours, which is probably 5 minutes after the stores open.

Everyone needs to visit this GINORMOUS outdoor mall. It’s amazing. There are NUMEROUS stores for everyone and almost ALL of them offer outlet pricing. Some stores are regular stores with regular prices. Still, this outlet mall is fantastic and is not too far from San Antonio, Austin, and the surrounding areas. It’s always a fun day trip. It’s very clean wherever we look and the restrooms are huge and clean, too. Holiday season and Back to School season are probably the best times to go (for the sales) but also the busiest! Going in the summer time is the most fun since you’re just shopping and exploring the whole place. I’d recommend everyone check this mall out at least once in their life!

A great experience, if you enjoy designer stores this the place to be. But be prepared to wait in line most stores have a line. The line seen to move within 10-15 minutes.

San Marcos outlet is a great place for getting your everyday things and commodities. There are a number of food shop and food carts in the Outlet which can be good places for refreshment and great food. I bought my ASICS shoes from here. Their location was a wrong one but I edited it to the current location. Hope this helps.

Very spacious mall. Shops enter from outside and are not connected. Can get some great bargains on new items. Worth visiting.

Today was my first time @ San Marcos Premium Outlets. It is a beautiful mall with lots of ships to choose fr. Im definitely planning on going back before I go back home to Miami, FL.

Many stores had closed since last time I went, and I am not sure if it is because the pandemic or other reasons. Almost every store now has its own closing and opening time different than the outlet time. It is mostly outdoor, yet mask is required and social distancing is enforced. It has big brands as Prada, Gucci and jimmy Choo. Would like to visit again for sure . Good deals and bargains.

It was a quick trip! Perfect day not very many people. I always spend way to much money on great deals!

Went in today to do some back to school shopping and I was excited because I’ve never been! My daughter and I walked in to “OLD NAVY OUTLET.” What a joke. I was expecting to find huge deals, but I only found regular priced items. We left without buying anything. Also this is an outside shopping center. There needs to be areas for shaded parking and mist machines and fans outside, WE ARE IN TEXAS!

Do you need a whole day of shopping for some of the best brands? Well, you just landed in the right place. Average brands to high quality ones, for any kind of budget. As well coffee shops and restaurants take this experience to the next level. But the only reason that I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because sometimes, the discounts are not as much as you would expect in an outlet mall. But overall a great shopping experience!!!

Lots of stores to choose from at great prices.

VENDORS BEWARE. Security ordered $2000 worth of parts for their Segway units which I have to pay upfront for. Parts came and then security decided they didn’t want them. Refused to pay for parts they ordered. Refused any help with shipping fees and I could not return parts. I have helped them several times, even taught the director how to fix his units and they burned me. Not cool.

I only go there because of the J&M shoes, Tommy Hilfiger stores which usually have some great price.

We went over a national I called today and ended up queuing to go into a store despite this it has a great shopping environment and good top brands - parking was an issue

This place os HUGE!If you are planning on going there you will need at least the whole day, specially if you like shopping.The place os divided on 2 parts, left and right.

This is a very large outlet store complex. It is not a mall really as all the stores have doors that exit to the outside. It is spread out over the course of acres of land. It is a Very LARGE complex!! You have to drive from section to section to see everything. Many of the stores are true outlet stores but I would say a third of them are disappointedly not. I think they must be asked about this frequently as their reaction to my asking about full-retail pricing was hostile and in some stores downright rude. I dont think the management of the complex should allow full retail stores rent space in the complex. If all the stores were truly full discounted & clearance pricing this mall would be fantastic!! You could spend a week here exploring all the shops. It is well worth the trip to shop, just pack an extra, empty suitcase to bring your treasures home.

Love this place so much! They have such a wide selection of different stores to visit, all of which have a big variety of merchandise to choose from. Definitely would recommend others to check this place out! And if you like shopping youll probably have a great time coming here!

Selection was fine, but only one person working & fitting room was closed. No fitting room, no sale. I drove 45 min, and spent $0 in the store where I probably would have spent the most. Maybe I should rate it 5* for saving me $2-300.

Not a lot of people know that the San Marcos premium outlets are the largest outlets in the US, I heard it in an ad. The reason might be because they are actually two outlets here - San Marcos outlets and Tanger outlets, the stores are distributed across both the outlets. Definitely check this out and during holidays seasons, it really gets crowded with people traveling all the way from Mexico and store discounts going all the way up to 60%. Parking is ample but Ill not suggest driving between the two outlets, better park and walk. You will find almost every factory store here.

Stopped by the Queens mecca shopping place coming back from Htown on a Friday (7/16) noon. Plenty of parking spots, not too crowded. Differently families just getting out.to dome something here. The food court was open, restaurants were like 80 percent closed, only 3 open so slim picking BUT still options there. Nice to see most of the shops open. About a third of the people shopping were wearing masks. All instore help are wearing masks that we could see.

Great place, lots of nice stores to enjoy, it is pretty big and open, very hot in the summer but it has shade pathway to enjoy the stores, big parking lot is a plus! I cant wait to visit it over the Fall and it must be beautiful at Christmas time!

The stores are nice but crowded. They really need some to direct traffic at peak times, people get out of hand and jump curbs to get in and out of traffic. Thats a recipe for an accident.

Bathrooms are deplorable and its not like they are so crowded that they cant keep up, barely anyone around. Two stalls out of order, two sinks out of order and my stall had no toilet paper!!!

Love to stop buy and ck things out at Starbucks! (PS, ALWAYS a clean restroom too...WINNING!) 😉👍

Glad they have tesla chargers. Awesome that they are located next to a dog area. Would love to see that dog area be fenced in so dogs can be run during road trip pit stops.

Next to highway, very easy to get to. Top notch, huge parking lot. They say everything is bigger in Texas - and here, they are absolutely right!! Just look at the parking lot, its huge!!!

Had a really nice time in the Kate Spade store and bought really nice perfume at Tory Burch. Very upscale shopping options if you want ro splurge.

There is only one bathroom. It is at the food quart. Good luck if you are at the other end of the mall!

Finding the story I want is almost impossible. theres no directions for finding specific stores, only a few signs with arrows. otherwise you just have to keep walking and driving around till you find the store you want. not cool

I absolutely love this mall because they have such a wide range of shops to visit with something for everyone!

I guess they hadnt planned for this place to be that popular because the parking was pretty rough to deal with. Some of the stores were okay but some had ridiculous covid regs and, though the inside was not crowded at all, the lines outside were hundreds of feet long. I know we are dealing with a pandemic but keeping people outside in the heat and rain and then to finally get in the store and the selection is poor, well, Just seemed a little unfair for Memorial Day shoppers. The food court and bathrooms are absolutely horrible with regards to maintenance and cleanliness. Its an outdoor shopping experience and theres nowhere to sit in the miles of shopping sidewalk. The individual stores are for the most part pretty cool but the design of the entire place and the rules for some of the most popular stores like Under Armor and Bath & Body Works are ridiculous.

The outlet mall is always fun. There is a ton of different kinds of stores and even a chocolate store!

I love this outlet mall. There are so many different designer brand stores, and it is beautiful to even just take a walk around. If you want to do some serious shopping while youre in Austin (beyond the local boutiques) check this mall out.

Cell phone reception is terrible in this entire vicinity.Tesla chargers are behind the outlets near the food court.

This place is so nice, so large, so clean. It was about a four mile walk after the day was done. Kiplings was a highlight. The lines were not that bad and almost all the stores were open. There were guidelines for covid and most everyone was wearing a mask. It took a whole afternoon to go through it and I plan on going back soon.

Love, love, love it! Took my daughters and they loved it as well. Plenty of shops to select from. The variety of shop choices from expensive to moderate accommodates all types of shoppers. The restrooms needed a little tlc but overall this is an enjoyable experience.

Well my Friends, this is one of the biggest Mall you can visit when you are in the area for a visit or shopping spree.. 😁.. You have some good Restaurants, Vending machines and some Entertainment for your Children somewhere in the Middle of all this Excitement.. 🤗.. if you planned a short Trip, nay that really doesnt work out here .. lol. and you probably missed out some very GOOD DEALS on some Market Brands for Clothes, Jewelries, Sunglasses, Watches or nice Lingeries !!!...but like I always say and being as honest as I can, dont buy something at your favorite Brands, before you havent checked out on the Others ... I have recognised over the last Year that some Stores ( and I am avoiding here the Names !!) are NOT getting any New Items and they throwing out cheap made Quality on CLOTHES / SHOES etc.. etc.. which I believe are long-term stacked Products from their WEARHOUSES way to overpriced..!!! IF you want good Quality and not overpaying for Items on unwanted Products, you HAVE to look around in the Neighbor Stores, otherwise your shopping experiences can be very disappointing by buying fast and dismissing out on THOSE !!!.. IF YOU TAKE YOUR TIME YOU WILL LEAVE THIS PLACE VERY SATISFIED AND HAPPY!! 👍

This outlet has every store you can think of, Eddie Bauer, Timberland, Pandora, Versace, Disney... You name they have it! Its one of the bigger outlets Ive been to.I like that you can choose to stop shopping and eat in a restaurant, stop by and grab a bite in the food court or get something quick to snack, eat or drink at one of the many food trucks.They literally thought of everything including hotels that are in walking distance.I enjoyed the entire experience. My suggestion is to wear comfortable shoes because you can really get well over 50,000 steps trying cover the whole outlet. I know I sure tried.

Way too crowded, extremely rude people, filthy bathrooms, and prices were not worth the headache of everything else. We will never be back.

These outlets are always clean and tidy with numerous security guards on patrol. You see them on foot, car and on the little Segways. With ample amounts of stores to shop at, you will always find yourself super busy. the only thing i would address is the lack of decent food in the actual outlets food court. aside from that, this is a great location to shop and visit. Would recommend to friends, family and strangers alike! will probably be back!

So many of the good stores have closed and so much of the remaining stock is made specifically for outlets. Used to go every chance I got. Today I made my last visit.

The outlets are great shopping during Black Friday and the weekend after Christmas sales. Coach store has some deep discounts on a regular basis. Other than what I had just mentioned. The majority of the outlet stores are overpriced. It’s not worth the hassle and time to travel an hour or longer to go to these outlet shopping centers. You can find everything on the internet or in town for the same price or cheaper than at the outlets, it’s ridiculous that a company still charges close to full price at an outlet, it’s not logical. Ask yourself, why is this place called an outlet. What’s the definition of an outlet? I remember years ago when Sony had an outlet store in San Marcos. The Sony store was always packed with shoppers and truly had great discounts on factory refurbished electronics at great prices. That’s definitely not the case now. Don’t waste your time and if you want to waste your time and go, you probably won’t be back a second time unless it’s during Black Friday.

The Best in Running Shoes for everyone. My Favorite is the Kayano. The Kayano 24 and 25 are available with great selection in colors. GT-2000 are excellent for hiking. The kids have it the best a lot of fun colors.

Huge Outlets, so big that it’s better if you navigate to the specific store you want to shop in, walk around and shop, then drive to the other half.Discounts here are pretty good, though a lot of the product selections are not the prettiest color/style.

Love it but a little drive from San Antonio. A bit disappointed by number of empty store fronts and my favorite kitchen store closed. Hopefully will return or reopen soon and was only closed due to Covid19!
