This is my go to place coz its just 2 blocks away from my apartment. It has a security guard which is not a usual thing. Thats a good thing- added security! The store is not big but good enough to get fresh veggies when you need them. Price of goods is reasonable.

Always well stocked and the staff are very friendly. Great meats and poultry always very fresh. Veggies and fruit always look very fresh and orderly. Great variety of items.

Im going to have to give La Morena three stars I used to go to this place many years ago and it was great. I stopped by to get a burrito but I must say that burrito was not very good and have lots of fat in it I should have said something when it was being prepped but I kept my mouth closed so that maybe my fault. So my customer service was not great from the person that made my food to the person that helped me at the counter.

This place overcharge and charge twice check out your invoice before you leave from the store, also the price of the product showed on the shelve is different what they charge. be aware.

I was just getting ready to go into this place again play something to drink but I dont have a mask and Im on my motorcycle so I got to go back home and get me a mask not right forget all about the thing to drink because you know Ill be riding.

I love the produce here and they have marinated meats. Even though its a smallish store theres a pretty good selection and the cashiers are really nice. Easy parking. Huge mangoes

Authentic Mexican supermarket slash taqueria we actually never been there for produce but have been there multiple times for food and given that were probably first taqueria customers in the am its always fresh, hot and delicious.

Great mom and pop Mexican grocery store. When I am in the neighborhood, I come for the fresh, ripe tropical fruit (mangos, guava, bananas) and order at their tacqueria in the back. They have a full fresh meat, seafood and cheese counter. Nothing is pre-packaged. They also sell house-made beef jerky and Chicharrón (deep fried pork rinds) by the pound. The staff is really friendly and helpful.The tacqueria employees will give out samples to help you decide.There is a line during lunch time to place your orders. Portions are big for the price.In a residential neighborhood, La Morenita has a small parking lot in front of their grocery store. I have never had issues parking in it.
