Rich did tire repair and replacement and checked pressure on all 4. At only $20 is a great value. Quick service too, given how busy they were in the morning.

Went here to get to try to get my spare set of wheels (already off the car) dismounted from the tires, a 15 20 minute job max. was told they couldnt do it by end of day and would need an appointment for next week. to not be able to do a 20 minute job in a 4 hour span?? will take my business elsewhere

I had an appointment at 12 noon. They started looking at my car at 12:45. The girl that came out asked me what I was planning to have done. I told her about my appointment and she said that I did not have an appointment. I offered to show her my confirmation on my phone and she said she did not want to see it. She then said so what are you having done? I told her I wanted my flat tire repaired. She then said oh well you know these other three tires are going to blow any minute. She was so incredibly rude. I will never go back there again.

I brought my car in for a battery change and ended up with a broken infortainment system when I had my car back. Yep, it has been working fine for years with no signs of age and pretty much got killed right after this visit. My radio, dvd, navigation, backup camera are now all busted. Wheel works and its mother company sent an investigator who obviously made the conclusion that it’s not their fault. I’m looking at $2-3k loss and will never return.

Bought all tires from this store - got the coverage similar to Costco - but now they are declining to cover.If management is refusing to honor their own paper - I would suggest DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - Just go to Costco or any other tire shop in the area. These guys are not worthy of your trust.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a good place to get my car worked on. Called in for the most basic service of an oil change, and was quoted an hour and a half. Normally a little bit long, but I could do some work while waiting so I headed over. When I got there, I was told I needed drop my car off for the rest of the day because they were too busy. I left and when walking out I saw 1, that’s right 1 car in the shop. I will happily take my car to someone who wants my business.

I have fleet vehicles and I like this particular Wheel Works over the one closest to me, because they are always professional and get my car done within a timely manner. Its also a smaller shop, but its better to go out the way for good service, than staying close and dealing with bad service.

Poor customer service. They always make you wait in the line if you call them. And last time a Mark guy picked up my call and asked me to wait and later hung up. This happened a week earlier as well. Unfortunately I bought their 1 year tire service plan. I wont be renewing it. This place used to be good and I used to give my car here always for service. Even though they take hours for a simple oil change as they say they are busy, I used to like their work. But no respect to customers on phone.

These guys are really good. I had some concerns that they listen to an addressed. I feel its pretty fair value for the services they offer.

The guys at Wheel Works in San Ramon came through clutch.Had called the Dublin shop, closer to the pad, on a Friday and was told as long as we bring in the car before noon on Saturday (walk in status) they could get it done.Of course, come Sat we call and that’s no longer the case. Seeing how we were about to take a road trip come Monday and Sunday is football 🏈 😃 it had to get done.Making an already long story short... we call SR. The guys said bring the car in and it’ll get done. Got a call about an hour before they close and she was ready to roll.We took advantage of the lifetime warranty for alignments and haven’t looked back since. Oh yeah, she’s riding smoother than ever. 🚙

Takes lots of time.. Unnecessary recommendations.. They recommended me $400 worth of service, I didnt opt, and my car running fine since my last visit.. They recommended battery change, where my battery is absolutely fine.. Three starts are for service and for nice place to sit..

When asking about an alignment, I was first offered an option for 12-month and lifetime. I asked what the difference was, and the man on the phone told me that one lasts twelve months and one lasts a lifetime... do they just not tighten the bolts on the 12-month? Ridiculous. Also were not able to align to custom specs or align my older car. Try Walts or autotech, dont waste your time with these chains.

I needed a quick oil change. The person there knew I use in a rush...hence I was there at 7am. We told me it would at least be 2hrs as he had appoints later that morning. He must of noticed my look of desperation. I asked if I could buy some oil and I had to be back at work soon...and my oil light was on to say the least.. He then offered to tap me off with oil to get me by until later this week. I do get my tires from there and will continue to do so. Thanks Wheel Works.

Marc and Jon particularly are friendly, take good care of the customer and are fair and reasonable. The whole staff is great!

Battery problem, solved the issue, tested all units attached to operation, The worker even filled my windshield fluid. Very happy with end results. The time element was just ok because i was a drop in to the shop. Did not have an appt.

They gave the appointment the previous day and the next day after I went there they said no appointment on my name. Employees have bad attitude. They lost ~400$ business. Went to midas and they completed all tasks in 3hrs.

They assured me they had done a full tune up, but the wiper fluid was completely empty when I tried to use it driving home. Makes me wonder what else they didnt check.

Went in to get a flat tire patched up. The report I received afterwards said that they fixed the tire and inflated all 4 of my tires to the standard 30 psi. NOPE, the next day I noticed that they didn’t add any air to the other three tires, and inflated my patched tire to 42 psi. Super inconvenient that I had to go to the gas station after work to bring all 4 of my tires to 30 psi. Where’s the courtesy?

This place has gone downhill. We were bringing 3 cars here for over 10 years and sorry to say this was our last time. Im not going to say any more.

Not timely nor accurate in their estimate for work being completed.Made an appointment at 12pm. They told me they would be done by 2pm. They had my pregnant wife wait until 3 only to tell her they were just getting it on the lift.At 330 I arrive to pick up my wife only to have them tell us they ordered the wrong rotors.At 415 car was finally done.
