Everyone is so nice and helpful.I just picked up a print order. I ordered a script printed and bound on the website. The cost was very reasonable and the process was seamless, and the book looks great!Highly recommend this place and hope it sticks around in the face of Amazon.

This review is particularly for the Print and Marketing department-I’ve been blown away time and again by their customer service and their commitment to making sure we are satisfied with our final product. Last year Natashi helped make sure our holiday cards were perfect (there was a slight imperfection on one of the photos and she caught it and contacted us to fix it! We were blown away). This year Gabby and Noelle and Josie all went above and beyond to help make sure the process went smoothly with our 200 custom cards, and thanks to Josie helping us swap out a picture, they turned out perfect once again. I will most definitely use Staples every year for all of my cards and we will continue to drive the 30 minutes to go to this particular location where their employees are absolute fantastic and truly care about their customers.

Started by going to the shipping counter and asked if i could mail my package to an APO address. The gentle man at the counter was nice and was not aware of an APO address, so i told him what it was. He said he was not aware if they could but he will check the address on his computer and find out if they could deliver the package or not. The General Manger started interfering from a distance spoke with an attitude and said we dont send priority mail which you have and staple only uses UPS. I told her I can purchase a box and send these by UPS since i am already here. Can you tell me if the UPS service which you use delivers to an APO address? She stated you would better be off if you take the package to UPS and find out. I repeated myself again and said all i want to know is if UPS delivers to an APO address? Yes or No. Since I am already here, why drive all the way to UPS. She puts her hands on my package and said you need to go to UPS and walked away to help another customer. The original employee who was helping me walked towards me and said if i need additional help. The General Manager held her hand high into the air and stopped the employee from assisting me and told him leave him alone. Dear General Manager, there was no reason for you to interfere into this conversation because the gentle man was very helpful. All i wanted to know was does your mail service delivers to an APO and the answer was never provided. Listen to your customers next time. It was a yes and no issue. Been going to this location for years and now i would never even pass by it. Great job General Manager.

This is a must review and if there was more than 5 starts I will give them to Morris and Lauren who kindly help me over the phone with my order. They were extremely helpful and patience with me. I got my pricing and will be picking up my order by tomorrow. What a great example of superb customer service. Almost rate now days. I acknowledged their commitment and promised to place this review. Yes you can get everything they sell at half the price on Amazon. This we know. But, like Radio Shack, they have what you need now. Also, they dont gouge you like the Shack did. Call it a convenience fee. Store is always super clean and right across the street from Costco and its fine selection of food court treats.

When Staples has a sale, their sales are great. Their Back-to-School sales are awesome to pick up office supply basics such as spiral notebooks, composition books, and brand name pens at dirt cheap prices for the year. This Staples has friendly, cheerful sales associates willing to go beyond saying Hi, did you find everything you needed at the registers. They answer questions extensively, help direct you to where the items you are looking for while you are shopping.

Came to store to buy a few things. Front doors were propped open and upon entering store, there was a weird smelll. After a few minutes my eyes started to become irritated and started having headache. I asked a staff member whats going on with the smell and they said a computer battery exploded. Battery fumes can be toxic and can cause health issues and At the end of the day my eyes are still irritated with a slight burning sensation. Dont know if I would come back to this store. Staff didnt inform anyone coming into the store on what happened or tried airing out the place.

Staples keeps delivering, this time I cant keep to myself the superb work of Evan from the printing department. We have some challenges with a template and he went out of his way to make sure my material was ready for an open house the next day. He kept me informed via email and calls. Its now very noticeable to me that Staples is hiring the right kind of personnel to handle the store and their customers. I arrived at this store due to lack of response, and unwillingness to help form another well known local store. Now I am a loyal and repeat customer for life. In addition their pricing for the very same services at Staple are better. Making my decision to comeback over and over again a no brainer. Quality product, first class customer service and a better pricing, make Staples my place to go. Thank you.

Staff here was pretty helpful and the prices werent bad. Decent place to come check out office supplies. I wish the selection of stationery supplies was better and dont expect great deals on the electronics items.

I had to print some material last minute for my class. I sent them an email and at pick up they had everything printed on nice paper and told me there was no charge! Excellent Customer Service

The BEST of the BEST for ANY of your office supplies (higher end) due to the AREA being of High Value. THIS Staples has a HUGE Business Park SUPER CLOSE (Bollinger Canyon) I feel they do carry the nicer things for all the CEO and Business owners Demographic Demands

Staff here is super friendly. I came looking for some items and when I asked for help a staff member came right away to help out. I also like it because when I go in their store is not to busy.

The worst customer service Ive received in a while! All I wanted was to print three pages for school from google drive.. It took about half an hour or so just to print it because their internet explorer wasnt updated. Not only was I annoyed... their attitudes about it was terrible! If I didnt remind them to refund my staples card, they would have forgot as I was leaving. In the end they did it on their computer which took a total of two minutes! The internet explorer still didnt update from the public computer. The manager helped for a bit, but ended just leaving not taking fully charge and helping. I had to go up to one of the nicer workers and finally he helped me print on the computer in the back. One thing that was really agitating was seeing the manager nice to a new customer and then seeing her so dismissive about my problem. You could tell she had an attitude about it which I dont understand...
