Great family business!Matt and Jason did a fantastic job installing a new front door in our house. The door was very old (house built in 1940s), so the installation was a bit complicated, but they did a great job and it looks great. Below is a picture of the front door.They’re very professional and left everything extremely clean. We ended up replacing three interior doors and their casings two months later and went back to them for this work, which was also done well.

I ordered a large custom three panel metal door from Los Angeles. Crated, it weighted about 1300 lbs. Matt and his crew were able to get it down the 30 foot slope to the garage studio where it was installed. They remove the old door, prepared the opening, leveled the new door perfectly and trimmed it out. The only thing that would have made me happier would be if they had painted the trim, but the molding these used is at least primed, and to be fair, the sealant probably needs a day to cure.

Had a great experience working with Matt and Mary to have two exterior doors replaced recently. Mary is quick to respond and very helpful, answering any questions that I had. It was a very efficient process to describe what I wanted with some photos, get the estimate, have Matt come out and take some measurements, and then doing the actual installation a short time later. Matt and the other nice gentleman whose name escapes me at the moment are true professionals and did a great job on the replacement of the two doors, I am very happy with the results. After like a year and a half of contractors leading us on and then just not getting back to us (probably b/c it was too small of a job), I am so glad that I stumbled upon Elegant Door and Window to help us replace our closet doors. Matt replaced 4 of our interior closets (sliding doors) for us a few months back. His wife, Mary, was very professional on the office end of things and just made the whole process very easy for us. My husband and I know nothing about closets and both Matt and Mary were very helpful pointing us in the right direction. Matt and George did a wonderful job installing the 8 sliding doors in about 6 hours. Very professional and efficient. I feel like Ive dealt with some weird, overly comfortable service professionals over the years in my house, and it was very refreshing that Matt and his team were friendly but honestly just kept to themselves, did their work, and only needed my input a time or two during the day of installation. They cleaned up very well after themselves. The closet doors look great and the quality is excellent. I anticipate they will last us a long awhile!I was disappointed they werent also able to take care of the painting of the doors (they were installed with only primer on them), so I still have to get that taken care of, but they were upfront with us from the start about that.Highly recommend Elegant Door and Window!

We were in the market for a new entry front door for the house. We put it off for years and years but meanwhile we kept asking people where they got their front door. We finally decided to go ahead and used then the install and the selection of the new door. They were very helpful and very easy to deal with. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and they always arrived on time and did a great job for us.
