The worst location I have ever been in. The worker wouldn’t honor the 1 year warranty on Persols that I got from another location. She kept trying to sell us anther pair. I had my name and email in the system to show the warranty. She said the other store lied about the warranty .. I just wanted glasses to be adjusted.. this all happened after we waited at door for 15 minutes she was sleeping behind the desk. It was 5:40 and the store closed at 6 so we knocked until she heard us. When we went in she didn’t even wear a mask until we were at the counter. As a loyal customer this was absolutely horrible service

Selena was amazing! 10/10 customer service. I needed a pair of glasses exchanged, and another pair re-fitted/cleaned, and she did both for me super fast and easy!

Selena was very helpful and kind during my visit. She went out of her way to introduce us to styles that fit me.
