Great storage place.....staff is friendly and they work with you. My unit was up for auction and they still let me stay after I paid them.

This facility is conveniently located on route 130 in Sandwich. The area is very well maintained; the front office is clean & organized. The customer service is excellent~ Cheryl is courteous & friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I also purchase packing and shipping supplies here. Would highly recommend Life Storage to a friend :)

We have stored our belongings at Life Storage (formerly Uncle Bobs) for more than 11 years. We have had 2 to 3 units simultaneously there over the years. We are in the antique/collectibles business so storage for us was a necessity. I cannot say enough good things about the Manager of this facility, Cheryl. Cheryl is a kind, caring, intelligent and professional individual who made being at Life Storage worry free for us. She is very consistent in taking care of every detail; always takes the time to respond to all our needs and questions. Keeps us abreast of any changes. Life Storage is very fortunate, as are their customers, to have an individual such as Cheryl. We have been in storage for over 40 years in a few different facilities and thanks to Cheryl we felt confident enough to stay for over 11 years. Due to Coronavirus, we have shut down our brick and mortar business for now and will be using it for storage. We leave Life Storage but would not hesitate to return should we have storage needs in the future. We are deeply grateful to Cheryl for keeping our treasures safe for all these years.

I needed summer storage for my boat so I contacted Cheryl at Life Storage in Sandwich. She had a great spot open for me, made it easy for me to sign up and pay electronically, and she even gave me “after hours” access to accommodate potential early or late day boating hours. The facility was clean, easy to access and convenient for me so I used the boat more than usual this summer. Bottom line, it was a great experience and I’ll be back again next year!Edit May 2021: Cheryl did a great job getting me set up in the same spot for my ski boat for the summer. This is my second year in a row at Life Storage and I couldn’t be happier with the service that I have received!

Great facility kept my belongings dry and safe. Convenient hours as well. Managers run the place well and are nice. My only complaint is the Box to put your code in is at an awkward angle.

Life Storage in Sandwich, MA has been a great company to use for self-storage. Cheryl in particular is a very kind and accommodating employee with a wonderful demeanor. We developed a good rapport. Any issue that arose was taken care of. She was also willing to work with us when there was a month where we had payment problems. Overall a great experience using Life Storage to store our stuff. Definitely recommended.

I have had a wonderful experience with life storage. Knowing that my items are safe and secure has been a huge relief. I forgot to lock my unit once and they called to let me know and locked it for me!

I have rented a storage unit at this facility a few times and I’ve always had a great experience with Cheryl. She’s super nice and helpful and explains everything fully so that you understand it all. Always so pleasant when I have to go in the office. The location is very convenient and the prices are pretty reasonable as well.

Cheryl was very helpful in guiding us through the rental process. We were really up against it on time, as our car storage fell through at the last minute. We now have a new storage place and are very happy.

Very good, clean, secure storage. Easy entrance & exit. It seems that more CCTV coverage would be appropriate, but I dont know of any incidents that would be indicative of the need for it. Friendly, helpful staff. Moving van availability is helpful; vehicle is in very good condition.

We used this Life Storage location for business purposes while in the Cape Cod area - the manager Cheryl made everything so seamless and easy for us. This is the best storage and service in the entire Cape, hands down.

Cheryl is a dream to work with. She is incredibly articulate kind soft-spoken. And very knowledgeable.They offer. Easy access very intuitive digital process for signing up. They also offered me 50% off on a Master Lock. That was an incredible deal.I rented a 10 x 5. Space Upon entering it it was clean. Dry. And I could drive right up to it.Upon renting you do need to also sign up for their renters insurance.It was an additional 12 to $17 a month.The keypad work. Excellent. Access was from 7 A.m. To 7 p.m. And I believe the same for the weekend.If youre nice and inquire for 24-hour access on the weekend, they may help you out there.This is my second time renting at this location. Im a happy return customer.

Cheryl and the staff at Life storage in Sandwich we’re always accessible and easy to deal with. I had to be out by the 31st, on that day it was raining which left me unable to remove a dresser and nightstand. Not wanting to pay another full month Cheryl allowed me to pick up the items on the 1st without charging me. When I’m in need of another storage unit I will chose Life storage every time.

I have used this location for many years when it was Uncle Bobs Storage and came back another time now to use it. Cheryl Hart is very professional and personable and always does a great job! I was a bit surprised on how much the rates have gone up since its now lifestorage but I did not hesitate because Cheryl and her husband run a tight ship and the place is spotless and secure.

We needed a place to store supplies in advance of our sons wedding in Sandwich. The folks at Life Storage couldnt have been more helpful or friendly. The counseled us on how to get the best value for our purposes, arranged for the use of their truck to move our stash over to the wedding venue, and were just very helpful in each of our interactions. I wish they were local to us so we could use them again, but since we cant do that we do recommend this location highly and without reservation.

The staff are great and really work hard to to make storing hassles as easy as possible. I would not hesitate to use them again. Very nice people and flexible when you need changes.

Price jumped over 10% without notice. No gutters on buildings so good luck in the rain. Garage units are damp and even the exterior doors are moldy. No security cameras around perimeter. I’d say perimeter fence if it was actually structurally sound I will not rent there again.
