Ive said many times in private, this time in public. I absolutely hate Les Schwab. Overpriced services and tires (thats how they make up their losses for free tire repair). I went in there being lazy and didnt want to do an oil change or tire rotation myself. I was told $95 for both. Not an issue when I dont have to do it. The problem is, that they told me my front tires were too far gone to rotate to the back, (they were worn but not over worn) also they wear going on the back not the front and the back tires have tons of meat left of them. They gave me the Express Price afterwards, which came out to $83. So, I waited a total of 3 hours and paid $83 for an oil change and now have to rotate my own tires anyways which was the ONLY reason I went in the first place and was willing to wait 3 hours. Never again will I go back there. Ill spend $30 and do my own oil change like I was doing. NOT TO MENTION, that they didnt even clean up all the oil the spilled all over that ended up spraying down my chassis to my rear axle, that was a nice bonus to clean up.

Just a really good experience. Prices were reasonable wait time was not long and the job was done perfectly. They really were looking out for my best interest and in that regard I commend them. If youre looking for a really good tire shop then this is the one. Highly recommended 5 out of 5 stars.

Went for a tire repair and got my new wheel with a deep scratch in it after they repaired the tire. Im not going here again. Worst part is they didnt say anything, im the one that took it off so they can repair it so I know it was in perfect condition.

Their employees are courteous, friendly and helpful. They gave me a great deal on 4 tires and an air filter. I was in and out in about an hour. I would highly recommend them.

I simply Love all the employees at Les Schwab in Sanger they are always kind with a smile and easily interact with customers on a personal level. Recommend to everyone theyre AMAZING.

The service was good, service tech explanation was simple and quick, and the waiting room was the best. clean, roomy, and plenty of seating.

No other place that I get tire service from. Very friendly staff. Only downside was that they are usually busy so you might be there a while waiting for you vehicle.

This place is one of the friendliest places. The staff is knowledgable and cheerful. We went in there for new air brakes and the recommendations were well thought out and spot on. There was no high pressure sales pitch and several alternatives where given. The staff asked about are needs and fit the recommendation to our situation. Spent lots of money but felt I got what I needed. Total recommend this store.

Went in to have a tire mounted and balanced. They want $35.00 flat rate for that. That is outrageous for 5 minutes of work. I will never go in there again!!

If I could give 0 I would. We bought tires from them awhile back and brought the car in to have the tires rotated. My husband has a medical condition to not wear a mask and they told him to sit outside and wait in 102 degree weather until they get to the car. Okay fine...until over 5 people showed up AFTER and got their cars in and done without appointments. Then they allowed another person to be sitting inside without a mask on. TALK ABOUT RACE DISCRIMINATION! Needless to say our car did not have the tires rotated. We will NEVER do business with this company again and will be contacting corporate as well.

Went in Friday to get my tire check, was low on air, guy told me I needed an appointment. So went in today and was helped by Juan who said that was incorrect. He fixed my tire witch had a screw in it with no problem. Super nice and helper. I give him 5 Stars

Best place in town, any one looking for tire size or tire service, this is the best place to go and price is affordable, no others store in town beat les Schwab.

These guys have offered me a complimentary flat repair on 2 separate occasions, for 2 different vehicles. Both times I was greeted in the parking lot right when I pulled up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Alberto M. on both occasions. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. On the second visit I told him I was in a hurry, he made sure I was out in time. I will be purchasing new tires for both vehicles and my trailer from this Sanger location because of the great service from all the team members.

We are on the road traveling full time and had our brakes replaced not too long ago and lately there was a noise when turning left. Stopped b Les Schwab and Juan was super quick to help and find a rock stuck by our pad. They got it out immediately and there was no charge. Super honest people, very helpful.

A good store. I was there at 8 and was gone by 9 with 2 new tires that were priced within my budget. I was very grateful. I recommend.

I took in my car for a slow leak come to find a nail in it. David patched it up quickly and checked my other tires. Customer service was good. Prices a little high on tires but worth it considering the customer service is better than any other tire place I have been to. I look forward in purchasing my tires for both vehicles through Les Schwab.

Ive got four cars with tires from Les Schwab. Very satisfied. Had a flat one year on and they replaced the whole tire, no charge.

Had a piece of metal stuck in my tire I don’t know if it’s free or not would’ve be happy to paid after a hour of my time which is valuable I know my tires are over 200 each that money will go to somebody else will never go back

Only place in Sanger with modern equipment always a great attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. I have had good experiences with all my vehicles especially my roush mustang recently I replaced the front tires and since they had been on the car for 10 they were stuck and would not come off the reverse drop the guys got together and pulled the tire off the front of the wheel flawlessly any other shop would have sent me down the road since the wheels are irreplaceable. The shop is always super clean and my 4 year old loves too eat popcorn color with the crayons and watch the guys work through the large windows in the lobby the guys even wave at my son and he waves back with a big smile thanks Les Schwab for being number one in Sanger CA.

One of the a absolutely rudest managers working at the Sanger Location. I was checked in by Manuel L but had a question about a promotion and the manager had one of rudest attitudes about the promotion. I would recommend the staff attend some type of customer service training.

Very quick, very professional. Brought in an older truck for an alignment. Their prices for alignments are far better than others in the area and nearly half of Discount Tire. Im not in Sanger too often but I intend to head back to this location when I can because its just that much better than everywhere else Ive been to.

I went in to get some service done on my car this past Monday and all of a sudden, I start to hear vulgar language from an employee to another, very loud. It sounded like a hostile environment. I dont know why or what was going on but very bad customer experience I had.

Great place to get some repairs. I had a lot of rusted parts that broke when removed and these guys replaced them for free! I highly recommend going here.

I purchased new tires this year and had the misfortune of having a flat tire n and 2nd flat with the same tire the first time I returned to this location to fix n it took 3 hrs to get fixed after I was told one hour. The 2nd time I was there for same problem I wanted their technician to check the tire thoroughly for leaks or possible defective product. Its remains to be seen. I waited hours and my car was still in the parking lot after wards I was upset n disappointed in the service or lack of the managers excuse was that one of his techs called in sick.

Prices are outrageous, $177 to mount and balance 4 new tires I bought somewhere else, that is over $40 each tire, Walmart charges $13 per tire, I guess the service is not all that great though, but this is just a very high amount for mounting and balancing.

Called got a quote, wasted my lunch going over only for them to tell me they don’t even have the tire size in. They would have to order it and it’s double the amount I was quoted.
