Beware of this unprofessional and derelict company. All sweet talk. First initial call Lynn told us the person they send out would help us service/maintain our well pump on top of fixing our well problems with a diagnostic fee of $90. Took time off of work to wait for this company. No one was sent. It was way past the appointment time. Finally called them they must have sent the most unprofessional guy on their team. The guy didnt want to answer any questions and didnt even show us how to service our well. After paying them $90 the job was half done the guy didnt even know how to fix the leak and he said they had someone on the team that could do it or probably didnt want to cause he was in a hurry to get off work. Called them several times was told they were busy with big jobs and would call me back. Not my problem I already paid my fee those customers have yet to. Never called me back I always had to call to remind them finally today they said they would send someone out but would have to charge another $90 fee again. Disgusted why do I need to pay another $90 again for the same diagnostic test. This is their way of turning their customers away when they dont want to complete their job and already got their money.

They did a wonderful job. They workers took their time and did the job correctly. The secretary was very nice and helpful.

Looks like I’m the first to review and want to say thank you very much. As of Saturday we did not have water and with 5 kids that’s a difficult situation. We put a request through our home warranty and we’re assigned Pistacchio Pump Co out of Sanger. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke to Lynn and advised of our situation. She was polite, understanding, and on top of making sure we had water by the end of the day. She worked swiftly with our warranty company and got back to me quickly. Workers came out and installed new pump and motor before noon. Professional employees without a doubt. We have water and I am thankful for Pistacchio Pump. I had to leave a review and am glad I am the first. GOD bless.
