Worst experience I’ve ever had, looking for buying a sofa and sitting for 10mins to feel the texture and quality before making purchase. However, with. 10mins there are 2 ladies coming and rushing to say “this is not a lounge, if you don’t buy it and then please let other guests try.” Come on, I’m looking for a $4000+ sofa, why wouldn’t I come to the store and try for 10mins???!!! Would never come to this store again, very rude!

The Pottery Barn has a great selection of quality home products at reasonable prices. From furniture, accessories, bedding and beds, rugs, to dishes, table cloths, napkins and so much more. The helpful service staff goes above and beyond to help you find what youre looking for.

We shop at Pottery Barn all the time. The other day my husband and I went to the store to see if we could buy split king sheets for our bed in another color other than white. JJ helped us and tried to find what we wanted but, prevailed. She did however, suggested boll & branch. We ordered from Boll & Branch and got what we wanted. The sheets came in a beautiful white box, tied in a ribbon. It was quite impressive. Thank you JJ for all your work. We will be back to Pottery Barn.

Very good place with tons of stuff for home that is great and solid.The quality is always good.There is not enough space inside so be prepared for tiny paths in between tables and stuff.Sales personal is attentive and really helpful.

I wish I could give them negative stars. We had an appointment with their design consultant Cindy and despite showing up on time she kept ignoring us and helping other customers. We patiently waited for 20 minutes but she did not even apologize once. Finally when I walked up to the store manager to get us some other help she was not at all empathetic about our situation and instead was defending her staff. Such kind of discriminatory behavior is not acceptable at all. We will never visit this store again.

Good place for furniture. High quality. They are mass produced from overseas countries but they pay attention to quality and deliver overall good products. Pick up is kind of inconvenient because you have to drive to their pick up door on the top of the garage.

Service was outstanding. Made my shopping experience enjoyable.
