Great customer service. They check stock for you in real time over the phone no matter how small your request is. Hundreds (thousands?) of different electronic parts on display. Sometimes you dont know a part number and a store with physical inventory is the best way to find what you need.

This Store has everything I need! The customer service is always amazing! These ladies always help me and never make me feel dumb like another supplier I had been visiting up in the Belmont area. I highly recommend this store for all your electronics needs! I especially like that they have a vast inventory of surface mount components and just some of the oddest and strangest components imaginable. Thank you anchor for all you do to make my life easier.

Im glad I found this place. They have a lot of components and spare parts. Pretty much anything you need for hobby work and probably a lot of professional applications. The 2 ladies working there were also very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed!

For the connectors I want, their price is better then Amazon, and took me 5 mins to pick up and return back to lab. Great shop

I work as an Electrical Engineer for a start-up and Anchor Electronics really makes life easy for us. They have an wide selection of conponents and their staff is amazing. Theres a gentleman who is a walking encyclopedia of electrical engineering/knowledge. The two ladys behind the desk are very sweet, knowledgeable, and pay attention to detail when one is purchasing or when looking for conponents. This store is a real gem.

Incredibly knowledgeable and very willing to help; I brought in a modular synthesizer component that I had made a mistake in assembling and they helped me troubleshoot and replace failed components. Excellent service and selection, I highly recommend!

Great selection of electronics for prototyping. Parts, tools, demo boards. A little on the old school side, but not too far behind at all. The only place left around here where you can walk in and get what you need.

This place carry just pretty much everything I ever need in terms of working with electronics. From SMTs to Pin removers, you can find pretty much all the everyday lab needs here. Price is great, accepts credit card, owner is on the floor and meets and help with customer all day long.One of the place I would go before shopping online since it is local and cheap!

These folks are great! The girls are very beautiful, and even more knowledgeable about there products.They carry a bit too much Chinese junk, but they also carry a lot of quality US made parts.

Visiting Anchor Electronics is a bit like going back in time, from the wood-paneled sign to the hand-marked plastic bags of components to the carbon-copy receipt they give you once youve bought something.Compared to online stores, the selection isnt huge, but decent prices and helpful staff make Anchor Electronics a great place to stop if you urgently need a part or two.

One of the few places left in the valley where you can buy small electronics components and tools. They have stuff you cant find at the big stores. A favorite for serious hobbyists and professionals.

Great place to pick up electronics components! I went to Frys and they seemed to be minimizing their component selection for electronic breadboarding. Anchor not only had a great selection, they had very helpful staff that could help me find the various doo-hickeys I needed for my project.
