If you live in the SFV look for another local tire shop! You’ll have to drive to Santa Clarita just to get questions answered because they NEVER pick up the phone! Not only that but they sell defective tires and a rip off tire warranty that doesn’t cover anything when you really need it!

The price is great and they do a good job, but the wait is always so long for an oil change.

I arrived late for my scheduled appointment but they were still very courteous and welcoming. I was able to check out my favorite section in the store while I waited. The tires were installed and balanced. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I know where Ill be buying my tires from now on!

Been here a few times and normally takes about 45-1 hr for an oil change which is ok cuz I usually walk around the store. Today I have been here almost 3 hours and still waiting!!! Would have been nice to have been told prior to leaving my car that there’s only 1 tech working!! Not only that but he’s trying someone which is taking him longer than usual. Communication is key! I am an understanding person I could have left my car and walked to the gym across or asked someone to pick me up. No one said anything until about half hour ago after I had questioned the wait time twice.

I usually bring all my vehicles here for an oil change but may think twice now. This morning I brought my newly purchased Tacoma in for an oil change. I’ve had an issue in the past with techs not removing the skid plate causing oil to spill into the pan. When parking the vehicle at home in the driveway, oil dripped al over the place ruining the surface.Today I politely requested that there not be an oily mess underneath cause you know, that’s a completely reasonable request. The gentleman checking me in was completely understanding and made a note. He even checked with the tech as we were picking up the keys. The tech replied ‘I hosed it off’. We checked before leaving and the vehicle was dripping water and oil right then and there. My husband wiped his finger underneath and showed them that there was oil.Seriously, why can’t anyone do their job correctly?! I work hard for what I have and to have it disrespected having a routine maintenance task performed because they don’t care is infuriating. Not to mention then oily door handle I had when getting in the truck.Check under your car before parking it at home, you might have a messed up driveway.

Fernando is great. Very helpful all the time. They need more staff to do the work faster, specially when Akbar hanging out there without nothing to do.

If your looking for a low cost oil change ask for the Pit Crew special. Its oil and filter only with no extras. Cost is usually $19.99 plus a small disposal fee. Most Walmarts are consistent in service but I find that the more you go then theyll recognize you as a regular and give you better service. I occasionally bring pizza by for the service guys.

Dont waste your money. They will not honor the warranty they offer.

Checked a few places to replace 4 tires on my wifes Nissan Rogue. Decided to get a set of Douglas tires that are manufactured by Kelly / Goodyear. After checking with them, the specific tires we wanted were in stock. But it would take about 3 hours. We decided to go home since we live close by and get my vehicle. Back within 20 minutes, again verify the specific tires, hand over.the keys and leave. We return about 3.5 hours later and can see the tires have been changed. They looked a little bigger (height), but thought they looked different because they were new. Went inside paid and got the print out. My wife notices the brand of tire isnt what we selected. We had selected a 225 and 245s were on the vehicle. Even though these were probably more expensive, I didnt know anything about the brand. We went back inside and an employee came out to verify. She went back and got the manager. He verified they were the incorrect tires, after checking to see somehow if it was an honest mistake. He asked if we had 30 minutes. I asked who manufactures the tires, and indicated a conpany from China. Now I know there are some really good tires made in China, but not knowing which one I wanted the ones we selected. (An offer to keep them was not an option made)They didnt offer anything to compensate for their mistake or our time we had to wait.They changed the tires, we checked all 4 and they were all correct. I followed my wife home, and she noticed none of the tires were at the correct pressure, and none at the same pressure.You would think after the error they made, they would make sure everything was correct.My wife will be going back tomorrow.

I usually dont check out the Wal-Mart auto center but a couple weeks ago I decided to stop by to ask a question. Not one employee came to the counter to help me. The employees working in the back are understandable because they are working on autos but various employees just past by and kept going in and out. None of them bothered to ask if I needed any help. I did stand there for about 5 to 10 minutes and just decided to leave.

Bad customer service. they are not friendly and seem annoyed whenever you ask questions. it took 2 hours to get an oil change. I had to call a couple times to find out when the car was done, getting different responses each time. the prices are good though.

I needed a new battery for my car and they had the best prices. I expected to be there awhile because they said about and hour but to my surprise it was 20 min and I was back on the road. They also have great prices on tires.

Prices are good so Ill give +1 star, but they take forever. Got an oil change here twice, and both times took over 2 hours. More than half the time, I dont actually see anyone working on the car. And even though the hours will be from 8 to 6, theyll stop taking cars at 4 because they dont have time. If youre willing to pay a little more, I suggest going somewhere else because this is the most inefficient auto shop Ive seen.

Dont come just because tire prices are cheaper. Very bad service and they take forever even for simple jobs. 4 hour wait just to change my tires and they werent even busy that day. Those reviews that say its good are clearly fake.

Everytime I come for an oil change. It never fails I get turned away. They dont close until 7pm and I show up at 5pm. Only for them to say sorry we are full for today. I was livid because I always call prior to showing up. They say yes come on down we will take the last costumer around 6:15. Never have they owned up to that.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon, Christmas Eve no less, with very little expectation that they would even be open, let alone be able to fix my flat tire. To my surprise, they took me right away and even though they said it would be over an hour wait, it was done in about 30 minutes. For just $10, they fixed the flat, rebalanced the tire, and remounted the wheel... WOW! Best 10 bucks Ive ever spent. The manager, AJ (if Im remembering her name correctly) had a GREAT attitude and was terrific. If I had one complaint, it would be the worker who actually did the repair seemed a bit grumpy and annoyed. But then again, you might be grumpy too if you had to fix tires on Christmas eve. I will definitely go back there again if needed and will recommend them to everyone. There are so many negative posts on here about their poor service and extended wait time... maybe I just got lucky?? But honestly, you really shouldnt complain much about the service, considering the price. If you expect 5-star service and no waiting, then perhaps you should go somewhere over-priced and pay a lot more to be pampered. Nuff said...

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst experience EVER!!! Went in for a simple oil change, first red flag, after they were done it took another hour just to ring me out. And then MY ENTIRE SPLASH GAURD CAME OFF ON THE FREEWAY!! My dealer said almost half if not all my screws were missing so NOW I have to pay more for damage and expenses because people don’t want to do their job correctly!!!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!

Pleasant surprise, needed a new battery and headlight for 09 BMW, after reading these reviews, went to Pep Boys first, they wanted $230 for the battery, $79 to change the bulb, almost had them do it if it werent for the ridiculously quote the bulb. Went to Walmart and was in and out in less than 90 minutes on a busy Saturday morning (go early), charged me $7 to change the bulb and $120 for the battery, paid $149 total!

The work they do is fine, but the way the shop is run can be frustrating. No estimated timeframe of how long tires would take to change as I was next in line and unable to call me to notify when the job was completed. Ended up taking almost 3 hours. Maybe bring a book and snacks.

Just because It says open on the website I drove about 30 miles for an oil change but it’s closed! Would you bother to update your working hours? Thanks.

Ive been here twice within the last year to get an oil change. My car takes synthetic oil so its pricey everywhere else. I havent had any issues like the other reviews stated. Hopefully theyre on their way to better services. I also have a friend whos been here a few times without any complaints.

Waited over 1.5 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t find the leak in my tire. I’ve had it go flat twice in the last week and I know there’s a leak. Seemed like such of lack of communication going on. Another customer in the waiting room wasn’t happy that it took 2 hours for a simple oil change.I’ll give them 2 stars instead of one only because they’re open on Sunday. PepBoys down the street is also open on Sunday, but I don’t know if they’re any better.

I pulled into line and the person stationed outside told me that my truck was too big for them to rotate the tires. He didnt know what to say when I explained that they put the tires on originally. Then they told me my installation did not include free tire rotations. I became angry and left. Later I found the paperwork from when I purchased the tires from them. It clearly shows the additional amount I paid for the tire rotation service. Prices are cheap but this place is ran by a bunch of bozos.

I went for a 35$ oil change and they didnt evenCheck my tail ligths. I knew they were not working. But its sad rhat theu didnt even botter checking them for realsand just wrote checked

I initially went here for an oil change pulled up and waited at least 15 minutes just to speak with someone. The mechanics were too busy looking at their phones and laughing that they couldnt see they had customers. Finally spoke with someone and I was told it would be an 4 hour wait time!!! That was totally ridiculous so I went somewhere else. Thanks alot Walmart service center

Poor service. We got 4 new tires and purchased the road hazard with it. But now when we go to get at tire patched just a simple patch. The wait is always 2 hours or more. Really now... it’s ridiculous and customer service is poor

They did not help and wasted a lot of time. I was not able to pay with my Wal-Mart credit card and instead of giving me instructions they just pointed at the receipt and said do this. And their explanations suck.

Jack-holes said my oil filter was too tight. Had to go to my real mechanic who changes my oil for $20 when I bring my oil and filter. They could replace the auto services staff with retards and provide better service. Really unfortunate because this is an upscale WalMart otherise.

Save yourself the headache and DO NOT EVER go to this place. Terrible service for minimal savings. I waited an hour just so they can tell me they cant do my oil change. Unbelievable. Then the mechanic told me to go to EZ tires to get better savings.....seriously...he recommended me another auto care place. WTF??.... I never leave reviews but this place was so pathetic I felt obligated. I hope Im able to save people gas, time, and headache.

Terrible service. Rude and lazy workers. Called at 6:50 asking if it would be okay to stop by in 20 minutes to get one tire fixed. Guy on the phone said yes. I show up at 7:10 and the head mechanic acts rude towards me rejecting my service even though I was previously told it would not be an issue. Dont waste your time and gas coming here.

Worst customer service ever! I called for a tire quote and the woman was so lazy. She refused to look up my tires after I gave her my car info and tire size. She said she wouldnt look it up until I have all the tire numbers. Funny bc every where else Ive called can do it with just my car type. Then she just hung up on me. If theyre this lazy and rude on the phone, I cant imagine the type of service the offer in store. I would stay away from this place!
