It really doesnt get any better than Genuine Cigars. Kyle the owner is a gentleman like they dont make anymore. If you want a part of this slice of heaven when you need to relax and be among real gentlemen, thats the atmosphere Kyle has created. Its more than a business, its friendship. Thank you Kyle.

Not only is Genuine Cigars the best lounge in Santa Clarita - roomy, comfy leather chairs, private humidified lockers, friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff - they also have a fantastic selection and a great group of fun and friendly customers to hang out with.There is a walk-in humidor, the Wall of Cigars and the Davidoff case. Youre sure to find what youre looking for.If youre not sure what you want - just ask!This is a fine establishment and Santa Clarita is lucky to have it!

Decent cigar lounge. There is comfortable seating for about 12, 3 TVs to watch, and a well stocked humidor. In a city with few places to smoke cigars, this is a welcome addition.

Great service. Homely environment. Go here with your wife, make a reservation at the cheesecake factory (cuz the wait is 45+ minutes) have your wife do a little shopping. Then come in here have a cigar. Worked great for me.

A great place to get cigars and relax.

Parking is kind of annoying which is one of the only reasons I go anywhere. The parking situation has to be on point. The cigars selection is great has many and prices on point.

I just happened to walk into Genuine cigar shop on a fluke while waiting for a table at the cheese cake factory. Kyle the owner introduced himself as i looked over the inventory. I told him that I would be back and we said good by. I came back the next day and there were a half of dozen guys in there all smoking. Everyone of them stood up one at a time and introduced themself. What a great friendly place. They have very large selection of cigars and accessories and the knowlege to point you in the right direction. Best Cigar Lounge in town Hands Down

Im from the San FranSICKO bay area and came down to visit my best friend from college. On the way jo.e I stopped off at this shop tight when they opened Sunday am. Owner was there and I was the only one in the shop. After some light convo about his inventory I saw he had some fuente EOTS. He only would sell me 5 sticks bc he holds them for his members. I respect that and was a bit disappointed I couldnt buy a box. After thanking him he said he had another box of EOTS and said if I really wanted it he would sell it to me. The price was fair and I was happy. Now to find some Don Carlos The Man!

First timer. GF wanted to try this place out for her birthday. So, after dinner at one place, dessert at another, we walked in to cap it off with a nice cigar.The employee working there was on the phone when we walked in and got a head nod as we went to the humidor. Most places we go we get an actual hello or welcome. Already not feeling the warmth.Humidor is well stocked, almost to the point of being overstocked. Were not big people but almost had a hard time not bumping into and stepping on boxes. After the rich dinner and dessert we were looking for a coffee infused (Nub Macchiato or something of the like) stick, but after a couple of passes we werent finding anything. So she goes to ask. He looks a little bothered that he had to get off the phone, but he points her to the humidor that is specifically for infused cigars.Decent selection here, but nothing outstanding. A few boxes of Acid Kuba Kuba, some Tabak Especial, the Nub I was looking for and some Tatianas. We find what were looking for and take them up to the counter. Again, every place Ive been to, my selection has been a talking point. This guy just rings it up like Im at 7-Eleven and gives me my total. I hand him my card and start looking around. I notice there are no lighters, so I ask if he has matches. As he hands them to me he says here, but you cant smoke those in here, house rules.Dude, Ive never been in your house! How about you get off the phone and let me know those rules when we come in? How about you let me know those rules when we ask where the infused cigars are kept? How about you loosen up on the rules since there was NOBODY in the shop?So, to recap:Selection - Ive seen better, Ive seen worse.Prices - Ive seen better, Ive seen worse.Customer service - nonexistent. Its your house man; if you want people to come over, hang out, spend money and tell their friends to do the same, welcome them! Be nice! Create an inviting atmosphere and they will want to come back.

Their selection is insane. I was out of town and just passing through. Popped in to grab an evening smoke and walked out with over 30 cigars that I hadnt been able to find for years...the good old stuff like the 2009 Inaguaral E.P. Carrillo, original Camacho before they were bought by Davidoff and changed to the scorpion logo, old school La Flors, etc. The owner was an awesome dude...great customer service that makes you feel special without hovering over like a hawk. Great spot...just wish I didnt live so far away!

As most cigar enthusiast have realized SCV does not offer a lot of venues to enjoy a good cigar. I searched and searched and finally found a place that I can not only enjoy a great smoke but I can enjoy it with a cup from starbucks which 100 feet awa! There is plenty of seating and great people to engage in conversation with or just chill and read a book. Happy smokin!
