JCPenney is a very organized retail store. We found and experienced great service. A JCPenney employee went out of his way to show us where the bathing suites were in the store. We thought great service. Check out this beautiful Westfield Mall and JCPenney Store..

This store is very welcoming. Everything has a place which helps to find whatever you are looking for. They constantly have deals on amazing brands. The workers are friendly and if you ever need anything than this is the place for you. They have a great selection on jeans and have a sale right now when writing this review

We like going to this place, unfortunately, they LACK MANPOWER... BIG TIME!! You have customers coming in to purchase stuff but due to lack of assistance on the floor, cashiers, etc, people decide to leave the stuff they wish to buy & have their business somewhere else where they find crew available to help their needs!No really good business attitude!! 😕 🤫🤔🤨

The shelves were kind of empty. I was told that I could find a better selection online.

Plus size section is obsolete now. Dont waste your time. Not a place to buy clothes for work anymore. Sadly.

I dont usually shop JCPenny, but at this mall I found they had the best large-store inventory and selection. Store was clean and service was friendly and prompt. When checking out, the Cashier told me about an online coupon that saved me 20%--what great service. This is my go-to store at this mall.

I had been trying for a long time to find someone to cut my hair locally since the beauty college closed. Thank God I found Elia at JCPenney salon. She did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable. All COVID protocols followed. Thank you!

I go to the JCP beauty Salon for all my hair needs. Makisha, the manager and chief hair dresser is wonderful. She always leaves me looking beautiful.

I think is better online

I had to return some sheets that I bought that I really liked, but when I was putting the bottom sheet on it was a queen size in the rest was King and thats what I wanted. The people at the return were wonderful I got another one and they were very professional and pleasant.

Terrible. They made me pay for me getting tripped and hitting something. Dont go here.

My wife had an appointment with Ola at the JCPENNEY salon today. Ola does a great job with my wifes hair.She is very friendly and is experienced in her profession. Were glad to have her as our hair professional!!!I definitely would recommend her services.

This JcPenny store in Valencia carries such a wide variety and good quality of merchandise at reasonable prices. Many of the items are on sale and if you add an online coupon savings costs can be as high as 50%-80% off the original price. Valencia Ca. JcPenny is a great store for so many different reasons.Today the cashier was not the normal enthusiastic heipful customer service oriented regular employees of JcPenny, which was rare but the bathing suits and 👞shoes cant be beat. Always love a good deal.

In a hurry for a heavy jacket. Ran in, found the perfect jacket I wanted and it was on the clearance rack! Saved 30%, in and out in about 10 minutes. Workers at registers were friendly

The building is showing some wear and tear but they made up for it with friendly staff and great sale prices. The sales woman who helped me with the room darkening curtains went above and beyond!

Great customer service. Very lean inside and a lot of employees to help you find what you are looking for. I always go in when they have sales. Also there is a Sephora located inside for your makeup needs.

Nice with Sears gone that they now sell appliances. The quality of the clothes has improved, and it covers a pretty diverse range, as well as the types of footwear. Its come a pretty far from the Penneys of my youth.

My granddaughter and I had our own personal shopper in Sherry! She was awesome. Brought us other sizes, got us a shopping cart, and helped get us a discount. Altogethera great shopping experience!

I went here today the Bras were buy 1 get 1 free. I asked a sales person if someone could measure me. She said there is only 1 person that works there that knows how to measure bras. I go to a register and ask another representative. She called the same girl that just told me the 1 person that knows how was off. Another lady came up in all black they asked her if she knew how she said she learned 2 years ago and doesnt remember how. I asked them how they could have a sale buy 1 get 1 free and no one trainned to measure. The girl at the check out suggested I go to Victoria Secret to get measured and then come back. Sounds like J.C pennies needs to train more than one person to use a measuring tape and not send a customer to another store that specializes in lingerie.

I think they should sell squares and let people have a shot at guessing when its gonna close for good! The day I was there they had more employees working then shoppers shopping and you STILL couldnt get someone to help you!

The Valencia JC Penney is a great store. Whenever I go there they always honor my coupons. The guys in the mens department are really helpful. Although I have come across some disgruntled employees, generally the service is great. I love their clearance racks, especially for kids. The mens shoes section also sometimes have some really deeply discounted footwear. Overall it is an excellent JC Penney location.

Hardly any clothes. Are they remodeling store or closing down? Also, why you let racist women shop there? My daughter was harassed by a crazy white lady and her ugly bun and was wearing pink shirt. That psycho left so quickly I couldnt get her ugly face to report her and maybe even punch her on the face. I hope she gets what she deserves. Ugly mean lady needs a man or some more xanax.

Im disgusted with this one. The one in Northridge is more organized. Last time I will get something here, as I had to look through multiple stacks to find what type and size I needed! I was in the same area for 40 mins!

Horrible customer service. We had waited in line for almost 20 minutes to pay, and then right when we got to the front of the line, a women lady came up, and forced her way to the front of the line. The cashier then verbally acknowledged that we had been waiting in line before that women, yet told her that she would take her first anyway. Then, when we finally got up to pay, the cashier was extremely rude. We questioned why not all of items had rung up as 40% off like they were supposed to, but she just ignored us and completed the transaction. Im done with JCPenney now. I used to love shopping here but now its like a disorganized garage sale with rude employees.

Needed my glasses repaired. The employee was very efficient.

In the women’s section, I bought 7 pieces of clothing from the active wear section. Came home and only found 5 in the bag. The lady was mad I guessbe cause she was being lazy. Didn’t ask if I wanted the hanger instead started pacing with the hangers so I said I don’t need them. She had pale face, dark lipstick May have been a manager.POOR SERVICE AND NEVER HAVE NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR $200. Later . I booked a haircut appointment for the salon, and when I went in they said that they couldnt fit me in that day, which was quite ridiculous after booking it a week in advance

I only go there to go Sephora. Its better than the bigger Sephora. They are much friendlier and they take their time to assist and explain items. The staff there have never once try to tell me what they think I should buy, but educate me on the products itself. Im given samples to try out and Im actually acknowledged when I enter. At the outside bigger Sephora within the same mall, I have give 6 in there a handful of times and Im never greeted like this staff nor am I ever offered any assistance. Its difficult to even find assistance. I think this Sephora 10xs better!!!

Sad to say, Ive not got a good one today.Customer goes to middle kiosk to ask about a pair of shoes in her size. Clerk looks up the shoe, yes the computer says we have one in your size. Clerk goes on to tell her : But most of the time that means we dont have it, sorry. The customer walks away clearly disappointed. Im next up. I ask the clerk is anyone working in the shoe department? No it just me or this other person working the register as well. She is there something you need? I say no but that last customer would have liked someone to look for that shoe she was looking for. I kid you not, this is what she told me. When there is only one pair in a size left it usually means we dont have it. I said so thats it. Yes, she said we dont have it.I took my purchase and walked away.
