The actual product is good but any / all of the employees should be fired and need to undergo change. They aren’t friendly or professional, any questions seem to be the biggest inconvenience and they don’t make any suggestions or help. These people clearly don’t care about customers. Save your money and go somewhere else. It will be worth the drive.

This is the greatest grow supply store in socal! The employees are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Very quick to help and answer questions. The last review by thatsmrsshmi .B is a straight up lie. That person must have been rude to those guys because they are literally the nicest people I know.Highly recommend this store! Extremely helpful every time I go. I am just a small time hobbyist, and they give me the same attention as the big commercial buyers. Had an issue with spider mites, and after one treatment those things were all gone. Great guys, great service.

The customer service here is amazing. Better than a high end hotel no joke. They will go out of their way to make sure you get what youre looking for. Great team of guys there and very knowledgeable. Ive been going There for years and the service has never changed. It doesnt matter if you are just getting a mix cup or 100 lights, they treat every customer like #1.

Closed during covid 19. I see people walking around inside. Tried to knock on the door, they don’t answer the phone to put an order in.... I’m knocking at the window to try to get some answers because I can see them sitting down inside and they get out of the chair and walk away.

They have everything that you can possibly need for growing. Great pricing, knowledgable staff, and its definitely my go-to store. Its tucked up next to Mountaisia, up the same long drive way, in case you have trouble finding the entrance. I drive so far to come here--I live in the Valley, but I only come to this place. 5 stars all the way.

I have known these guys for years. I distribute a secondary fertilizer, called Sea-Crop. These guys picked it up right off the bat, for both their stores. Now Sea-Crop is in 51 stores and growing daily! Thanks for the support guys. They treat everyone equally, from the experienced grower on down to the newbie. Great prices too!

They literally charge double for Canna Coco A+B than everywhere else in California. I tried to explain to 2 separate people that they are supposed to be sold as a set for that price rather than individually, but they continued their lie or ignorance. Do some research next time idiots!

These guys know gardening and have everything you need. Way better than Lowes or Home Depot if youre looking for anything to help improve your garden.
