We received an order at my firm which we did not place for over $300 worth of supplies. We have a local postage meter service that provides any supplies we need for our postage meter. We have NEVER ordered envelope moistener (6 little bottles of water at $10 a pop). I called and spoke twice with Cindy. She assured me she would look at our account that we dont have and call me back. I have not received a call back. We do not appreciate this kind of bully business. You dont just send stuff without a request and then bill people hoping to get paid. That is WRONG!

ZERO STARS! Unfortunately those scammed by this company will not know their ways until it is too late. Had to contact the BBB in order to get a prepaid mailer to return the expensive items that were never ordered. Sure a similar canned response will be given by the company...

SCAM. They call to confirm your mailing address for an invoice for an order and then send you ink you did not order and an extremely high invoice for ink that does not even work. On the phone they claimed to be with Pitney Bowes, but they are not. We have a recording of it. We have never done any business with them so it is impossible that we have ever placed an order for them to call to confirm. They did not clearly state who they were nor did they verify what we ordered. Only asked for our mailing address (which can easily be found online, or would be included in any type of legitimate order we would have placed), they called someone in our accounting department who would not be the contact for any type of orders. They search for anyone in a company to confirm a mailing address and then take that as an order.They said they would send us shipping stuff to send it back, but we have yet to receive it and it has been over 3 weeks.DO NOT give them any information. They are scammers.

ZERO STARS! TOTAL SCAM. This company calls you and says you ordered something (THAT YOU DIDNT) then proceeds to give you a tracking number and charge you hundreds of dollars for it. When you call to question the invoice, they are VERY rude and play recordings of your prior conversation. The person I talked to played a recording of another client by mistake and the other lady was just as confused as I was. I also dont believe they notified me any of the phone calls were recorded, which in CA requires the consent of both parties.

If I could give Zero stars I would. This company cold called us one day apologizing for a late shipment on ink and offered to send us a free Starbucks card but needed us to confirm our address. Believing this company was somehow related to Pitney Bowes, we confirmed our address. The Next thing we know, we randomly receive a box of postage ink and office supplies and have no idea where it all came from. The items came with no enclosed invoice. A few months later we start receiving calls demanding $579 in payment for merchandise that could not be worth more than $175. We offered to send the shipment back as it was opened but unused and they said returns are not allowed after 30 days. Their phone calls always come up as anonymous number on caller ID and the email address we received a requested invoice from does not accept return correspondence. We re-confirmed the address with them by phone but our emails continue to bounce back. This company is running a clear scam and racket charging (and grossly overcharging no less) folks for provision of unsolicited items. Dont get fooled into paying them for items you did not order or even seek to order from them.

Reviews are correct! Just received billing Ink Cartridge $599 plus Ink Maintenance Kit $79.95 plus Freight $33.35 Grand Total $713.20. This is an unbelievable RIP-OFF... They are going to get some poor office staff/clerk fired. It gets better... This is the SECOND billing... Got me for another $626.80 six months ago. GRAD TOTAL $1340 for total of TWO ink cartridge valued at $400... Ripped OFF over $900. I will post every day for 30 day in hope of saving anyone else from this SCAM.

SCAM company...beware!! They called our company and addressed themselves as our Pitney Bowes representative to our receptionist. Told her it was time for a reorder (and it actually was) but they didnt tell her they were a distributor of another company. Theyve sent shipments to us without an actual purchase order and when we called to return them because the items which are not compatible with our machine, they told us there would be a restocking fee. They will be turned into the Better Business Bureau.

Scam business that robs folks blind by selling old, $20 ink cartridges for $700 to businesses who have NOT ordered these products. Document everything in writing and send certified letters to these idiots to show proof of refusal when these packages arrive or I assure you, your D&B numbers will go down when they attempt to send your business to collections for products you never purchased or inquired about.May 2018 Update: Got them to quit calling and harassing my business for 3 months but now theyre back at it. Now theyre calling from anonymous numbers, claiming to be from Pitney Bowes with some lame story about ink cartridges being on back order....cartridges that again, you NEVER ordered. Sounds legit to the unsuspecting person at first...until their shipping dept calls back to confirm this mysterious order of not 1 but 7 cartridges and mistakenly identify themselves as US Postage Meter. Told them to quit calling once. Hung up on them a 2nd time and theyve called back to back at least 5 times in the last hour trying to trick me into accepting this fraudulent shipment.

SCAM!! They called claiming to be with Pitney Bowes. We told them we did not need any supply order and then proceeded to send us the ink cartridge without authorization. They were willing to take the product back however we had to pay return shipping out of pocket.

SCAMMERS!! IT SHOULD BE NO STARS! Like many others on here, they make you believe that they are part of Pitney Bowes and that you are getting product as part of your meter contract. 3 months later I received a statement showing a past due amount of $300 for two ink cartridges. I asked for a RMA several times, but they dont respond. When you speak to someone they tell you to send it back, but you will have to pay for shipping.

They represented themselves as Pitney Bowes. I ordered an ink cartridge and cleaning kit. After arrival I received the invoice. They charged $300.00 more than Pitney Bowes charges I called them, confirmed the return mailing address and returned their ink cartridge only. UPS cant ship the maintenance kit.

As with the many other comments on here, this company misrepresented themselves as Pitney Bowes, proceeded to send products that were never authorized and not compatible with our machine and had the audacity to send a bill for hundreds of dollars. If they call you, the best thing to do is hang up. Pitney Bowes legal team has been contacted.

These people are scammers! They told me they were Pitney Bowes and were shipping me ink as part of our contract. Then I got a bill for an outrageous amount of money.

Scam!!! They identify themselves as Pitney Bowes and try to get you to order Pitney Bowes supplies and triple charge for them. Our new receptionist was called twice by them and ended up placing order. I have all the merchandise to send back and see if they credit the invoices as their employee Tatiana identified herself as said they would.Update 3/26/18 They are still sending invoices and making hateful calls to our non-profit business. Merchandise was returned last year and they are still trying to get money from us. Completing a FTC complaint for them.
