We totally regret that we used this office to list and sell our house!!!! Nonstop problems from start to finish. To begin with, one of the staff took photos of our house for the listing instead of hiring a professional photographer like everyone else. Despite that my girlfriend took so much time to beautifully set up and stage the inside and outside of the house, the photos were awful! As a result, when the listing first appeared, over eight hundred people viewed the listing and only one person made an appointment to come see it. This is in a red-hot sellers’ market of course. Finally, after a month the office paid a pro to come and take pictures. The first person to offer to buy our place was a weak candidate financially, despite us being told she was PRE-APPROVED- and the broker knew this. When that person offered $10,000 below listing (a seven percent discount), the broker encouraged me to take that offer. She held off the offer from a second, better qualified buyer for nearly a week. Thank goodness the second buyer had the right financials, and eventually we sold to him.It was however, a long, drawn-out process. The broker, Mary Bizzy, often took five-day vacations, leaving her challenged staff to handle things. As a result, the communication emanating from the office was either non-existent, or vague. Often times we were given misinformation. We were able to procure the house we were moving to in Florida in half the time despite Florida being one of the hottest markets in the country. One last aspect worth sharing that sums up the level of incompetence. We were so disappointed with the way Executive Homes handled the sale, that we did not let them post a sign in front of our house showing the home was in contract for the entire two-month process. Once we closed and moved, they asked the nice gentleman who purchased our house if they could put a sign for a few days in front advertising that their office had indeed SOLD the property. The new owner agreed. He shared what happened with me next. You can only imagine his dismay when he went outside and there was a FOR SALE instead !!! unbelievable … enough said!!!!!
After speaking to some lady that works there I Never received a call back with info regarding a house. And before that I emailed twice and never got a email ether. Would not use them.
Mary Bizzy is extremely hard to work with, she is not trustworthy and will do whatever it takes and take advantage of whoever she can to get her commissions. We transported a home for her still not paid in full. Filed small claims case she sent her secretary to court to commit fraud and won the hearing and she still refuses to pay.
Great people to help
