Guy answers phone and tells me they are entirely out of trucks to rent for tomorrow.. then before i hang up he asks if id like some help since he know a guy with a truck i could possibly rentsounded too sketchy.. id rather go to haul

This dude got In my face after I asked about renting a truck and he cornered me in the store. Filing a police report

HORRIBLE! 1st they changed my reservation from local to over an hr away then the day before call to say they have NO truck! Really the day before on a Thursday!

These guys committed to give me a new truck for my long journey from CA to VA. The truck I got was old, brakes were non existent, windsheild wipers makes horrible noises, worn out tires and steering wheel was un aligned. Had a horrible 3 day driving experience with this truck. Will never do business with Penske again.

Run around in phone bank. Transfered Twice to wrong location. Told they had what I needed by main operator and they do not rent what I needed.
