Only giving 3 because of the staff not the food. Came to pick up two orders. They have this silly check in process where you have to take the time to sign in on their site to recurve a text when you’re food is ready. When I got to the window I could clearly see both orders and we’re sitting there ready to go. The girls in the back were so busy in personal convo it took for me to attempt to get their attention twice. Also staff needs to clean the restroom there was feces the toilet paper holder and part of the wall when I went inside. This was 6/18/21

Hello! I have tried to call and email 10 different times with no response. I purchased the $250 tx to the goop in health and never received my box. No one will reply to confirm the address it was sent to or offer me a credit. I am a VERY loyal customer having attended multiple events and made many purchases online and regularly in THIS store. I have also convinced many people to try everything goop creates and sells, so this is an AWFUL experience for me as a loyal customer. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be buying anything or recommending anyone purchase/use your services until this is resolved. Please respond. Thank you!
