Great service and good house decor

The store is closing down, so they have discounted prices. Their products are very nice, which in my opinion makes a pleasant experience for the consumer. Enjoy before there gone.

Best Customer Service in Santa Monica! All the sale associates are welcoming and Deena is awesome! Love coming to this location. Every time I am looking for a detail for my home I can find it at this Pier 1. This location is unique as it has 3 levels always something to find here. Check out their clearance!! And Cindy Is very good with children!

I love this Pier 1. Not only do they always have great stuff easily displayed so you can find everything you want, but the manager and staff are some of the most pleasant and helpful people Ive ever met. These are the type of people that make a business successful. Way to go Pier 1.

Great place to find home decor and the staff is always available to help you. If you need to park. Park in the back of the store there is parking in the back.

Jasmine is amazing and went above and beyond for this girl with major OCD. I was looking all over and calling family and friends in NY to get me an ombré bottle brush Christmas tree. I had purchased the 3 different sizes a few weeks back and I should have known that I would want two of each side for my mantle. Well now I do because Jasmine made it happen. I can sleep tonight. Real customer service from one of my favorite stores.

Overpriced everything! I guess its a cute store that smells nice... Not my cup of tea. I was there with friends looking to buy some set decorations. They sell home decor items, furniture, rugs, wall art, candles, plates, cups, etc.

I used to love this store, but last time I purchased cushions there, they are falling apart in 2 months!

Rude employee literally followed my friend and I around the store staring at us. We finally just left because it was getting so ridiculous.

Too small, overcrowded with products but still not full product selection, good customer service.

The staff here is very friendly but the space is a little too small and it always seems to take a long time to check out.
