Great experience, got the car i wanted without any markup or other dealers fee addongv70 sport prestige in silver ..Dean was a great sale person,he knew the product well.. and when he did not know the answer to my many questions, he did just say i do not know instead of telling me BSMelvin, the finance managertook all my money, but he did it very pleasantly :-)all in all, great experience, it all went fast and smoothno reason to complaint about anything so farthe product is amazing, lot of tech and power, a bit pricey may be but still cheaper than any German car with the same level of equipment/engine

I searched their inventory online and found a GV70 with the right trim and color that I wanted. I called their sales manager Dean DeLuc and negotiated over the phone was easy with No games or hidden cost and a great customer handling. There is NO markup in the price. Dean LeDuc is one of the best sales rep I have worked with. He also pre customized all car settings ensuring the comfort and safety features are turned on. I was flying to LA to buy the car and Dean made sure it was hassle free and provided a great service. Both Dean DeLuc and Melvin Hayes made it an exceptional experience. I am very happy with the purchase and recommend this dealership over others.

I searched their inventory online and found a GV70 with the right trim and color that my wife and I wanted. I called their sales manager and negotiated over the phone for a 36mo lease with no money down. The price was still around $100/mo higher than MSRP, but honestly with the chip shortage that’s about fair given what every other dealer is extorting these days. We drove in the next day for a test drive and walked out with the car less than two hours later. The guys were super helpful (shout out to Jacob, Melvin, and Dane) and completely transparent. Overall this was the easiest leasing process I’ve ever been through. Will absolutely be a return customer.

Extremely poor customer service once you buy the car. They do not return phone call, their attitude is ‘ Adios Sucker’
